The tires on the trailer that I rented were in poor condition and failed during our rental. We waited two hours for roadside assistance. The gentleman that came to help travelled from 90 minutes away. He was very helpful and I don't fault him in any way.

Vanessa PMake sure that the trailer that used has its own jack attached, so customers don’t have to wait for someone to drag a floor jack all the way through the parking lot to lift the trailer tongue high enough to attach it to the hitch ball. I brought my own floor jack attached when I returned the trailer so I didn’t have to wait for someone to do it for me, but it was a real pain in the butt for me. But it saved me some time.

Ryan FI want to start by saying we have used U-Haul several times in the past with nos issue. This was a terrible experience with U-Haul. We rented a truck with blankets and a dolly. We received a call in the morning from the location to let us know that they didn’t have blankets or a dolly. We rented the truck to be returned at Batteries plus in Melbourne close to our home. The people didn’t tell us to wait for a link to submit photos. We received the link while driving. By the time we were able to access the link it had expired. We had to go to a different U-Haul location to get the dolly and blankets. The owner was very gracious and gave us our supplies. Unfortunately, this put us about 1.5 hours behind schedule. We received multiple emails during the day with a change of drop off location. Unfortunately, I didn’t read closely and we went to the original agreed upon location after hours and were not able to return the truck. We drove further to the proper location to drop it off. This caused us to incur extra fees for over mileage. To say the least, this was an exasperating experience. Unfortunately, we will be moving my son again in a few weeks and I am very reticent to use U-Haul again.

Andrew OI returned rental on Wednesday April 15 at 3:35 pm. The female at the desk took my rental papers and had me park rental in the parking lot. No assistance whatsoever. Did not issue receipt but would send receipt by email. Email was received on April 16 stating rental was returned on April 16 at 10:00 am and charged for an extra day. Will file complaint and ask for refund.

WANDA OCabin of 15 fr truck wasn’t insulated well. You could hear the noise of the road , it was loud. Ratchets to tie down car tires on the car carrier I rented was very rusted and hard to use. It wasn’t well maintained.

The process was smooth and easy from start to finish, and the location is super convenient. They went out of their way to make sure everything was handled correctly and stress-free. I would most definitely refer a friend here and will absolutely use them again myself. Highly recommend!

MAURI SThe trailer has "replacement" straps that were not sufficient for holding a vehicle. They were NOT the ones that the trailer is supposed to have. I ended up buying a couple straps and using them instead.
DAVID RThe trailer needed maintenance done in it. The tie down ratchets were super rusty and very hard to work. The trailer lights did not function correctly due to multiple cuts in the wires connecting the truck to trailer. Also, the location did not stock the accessory items like hand trucks, furniture colors dollies, and furniture pads. I had to drive to another location to pick these up. I had these items selected when I made the reservation on line. I didn't believe it was the fault of the location on the accessories and is on uhaul for not flagging the order if the location doesn't stock these.
RICHARD STrailer tires had a bubble, bad tires. Over 30mph it shook my vehicle. Trailer tongue was bent, had to use tools to take it off the ball. Overall, the equipment i rented was not road worthy or safe for a renter.
KEVIN TI reserved moving blankets on line and when I went to the facility they said they did not have those or the hand truck I had reserved on line. For clarity if a location does not offer an amenity it should not be able to be requested on line. I had to go out and purchase moving blankets and get a hand truck from a friend.

KEVIN HOn a specific size truck is pre-ordered a month in advance have it at the location where it was ordered for. We arrived at the location where we wanted to pick up the truck to find out we had to go to a different location to pick it up.

DENNIS MWow, I signed up for 16 miles total because I know the address from the new property from the address of the property that we’re moving things out of so I knew it was approximately 16 miles total she put 40 could not remove it then it was a little bit of back-and-forth lightly But still respectful but she didn’t know what she was doing and I’ve been using U-Haul for quite a while this is my fourth home at the age of 42 so I know what I requested and she put 40 in saying that that’s what they do. That’s what the mouth hold over just in case and I told her well it doesn’t need to be adjusted because it would do that automatically But other than that, I still will tell my friends to use a different location.

Dennis KI rented the trailer for 24 hours. Location not open on Sunday. Since there is a fence they asked me to have it in the fence before 730a on Monday for a 1 day rental. I did they charged me for 2 days. That is bullcrap. If it had to be rtn same day then she should not have told me I had til Monday. Since it was a different staff member they said agreement is one day it should have been here Sunday. I said where did you want me to put it. She said you could of just dropped it in front of the gate. Never rent from that location again to many games to get an extra 20 buck. I did not even use the trailer on Sunday just sat in driveway.
