So signs indicating anything about u haul, the key drop box is hidden behind the building at the back entrance instead of at the front entrance where its supposed to be, it took me 20 minutes to find the drop box i was unsure i was even in the right place

- representative showed up late -I had to remove 3 feet of snow off the vehicle with a broom. -vehicle was dirty at pick up -battery died half way through my trip, due to poor maintenance by owner Representatives phone was disconnected -overall terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
KEITH JI recommend to the next customer for a U-HAUL AUTO TRANSPORTS just add security attaches to be sure that the car is well maintain in case of a long way, and to verify some times if the attaches are very tie during the travel . I recommend also this trailer because it is very stable and safe.
JUDITH NI had reserved a truck in Moncton (N.B.) for Sunday morning at 8 AM. However, the day before, a U-Haul representative contacted me to inform me that I needed to pick up the truck in Oromocto (150 km away) at 8 AM as well. On Sunday morning, I went to Oromocto and arrived at the provided address at 8 AM. However, it turned out to be a used car dealership that was closed on Sundays. I waited until 8:15 AM and then contacted U-Haul. I was put on hold, and around 9 AM, an employee from the used car dealership arrived with family members and explained that the business was closed but that he could help me with my reservation. He called U-Haul and, using his member number, was able to resolve the issue. In my file, even though I had received an email telling me to pick up the vehicle in Oromocto, it was marked as "unassigned." After a discussion with U-Haul, he provided me with a vehicle. I’m grateful to this gentleman for managing to help me and for providing a truck. I was lucky because if he hadn’t shown up, I would have had to arrange with U-Haul for another vehicle from a different supplier, likely quite far away. Of course, I cannot be satisfied with the work done on my file by the U-Haul representative who called me. Thank you for your attention, and have a great day.

RODNEY LRental has been very casual. Guy's working there are awesome, I've been offered a water bottle by pure kindness because it was a hot day, and as I went to pin the trailer, I realized that my ball was too big to fit. They all have propose solutions, they wouldn't have let me there without a solution. Problem had been solved promptly. And so, that day I'd been a super hero for my 22y daughter whose car had no more soul and had to bringing it (and her back home). Leaving Neuville, Qc at 7h15 to the doors of Nova-Scotia back&forth I arrived in my bed at 4h30. What a great father and girl road trip. ^-_-^ Uhaul Oromocto was on my path and I'm happy for that.

Halim KLocation was not ready for drop off of equipment. It took over 2 hours for them to figure out how to do the return, with support from Uhaul dealer support. We chose Oromocto as it is closer to us than Fredericton. Will not make that choice again.

Rob HYou have to order what you want to pickup in regards to moving blankets and moving dollies but nothing showed up with the truck as requested and location had barely enough blankets and no moving dollies. Recommendation would be to ensure if people request moving equipment, it be provided.
shannon sEasy process, took only a few minutes with the online check in and pay, hook up the trailer and leave. Had to clean a layer of light snow off not a big deal for me. Then drop off was quick and only took a few minutes to close and get a receipt emailed and on my way.

Bruce Rmy personal problem was there service .i was given none there was nobody to help me hook it to my truck guide me backing up to it explaining how it worked NOTHING AT ALL.in the past i rented from sleighs recreation and was shown the functtion on every little deatail ..there service was great helped with the hookup explained everything. Oromocto auto under its new management were and are to lazy to get off there new canadian asses and i obvosily have no trouble saying so. Iwould personaly take my equiptment out of there if i were U haul
ken lThe owner/operator was not there for the drop off (this was covered by one of hos employees). No paperwork was provided at the time of the drop off or after. Took almost a week for him to close the contract (actually has to involve U haul customer service) so getting my deposit back is still pending. U haul customer service team does not have a professional approach as the first representative (that directed me to this location) said that I would get a credit for bring it one day early, the second representative (that I complained to about the contract not being closed) told they don't do that and advised me to deal with their dealer myself to get the contract closed and when I explained that my business is with U Haul not with the dealer promised I would be contacted by the local area sales manager (which never happened) ... then finally after a third call I got the contract closed and a promise that in a couple of days I will see my deposit ....
