Location was great for me due to proximity. Office was closed so noone was there to check me out. But all good, easy to find.

App/ Site would not send text/email to verify and was locked out of account. Took over an hour to pick up due to tech issues. The two dollies ordered were not in the truck either. The person at the location - once they were there - was of more help than the UHAUL personnel.

Trailer had a hole in the roof the size of a pencil eraser. I had to patch it prior to loading it. Very disappointed that U Haul would send out equipment in such condition.
