The truck that I had reserved was in the parking lot when I picked up, however, it was shipping out the following day so I was up graded to a bigger and more unnecessary truck. It worked and ran great however I had to put a lot more gas in then I would have with the smaller truck I had reserved. Still a good experience with quality service but I question why I wasn’t able to get the smaller truck when it was there.
Jason USeriously the nicest people! So helpful when I called to ask questions, helped with everything and super professional. I called another location and received rude customer service and called this location and they were so helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Gregg LIt's a salvage yard, so the yard is not going to be shiny & clean, right? lol Equioment was in great shape & owner was very pleasant to work with. Gas tanks should be full when we leave & full when we return, not "guessing" how much gas to put in.

They’re helpful and understanding just that I had a problem with the U-Haul itself where they charge you two days minimum to haul your stuff only three hours. That is where they need improvement. Kind of what you don’t need at the end of a bad day already but thank you for your service from the pick up site

Diana WI received mail a mail on 7/22 to pick up the trailer at kuehl’s canvas in Hudson WI on 7/31 at 10am. Guaranteed. On 7/30 afternoon I received a call from Osseo salvage in Osseo WI to pick up my trailer at 10am on 7/31. I had to drop everything an drive 78 miles one way and 78 miles back. When I asked about the guarantee I was told ‘ you are guaranteed a trailer not where it comes from’. This news was very last minute and driving 156 miles out of my way was inconvenient. Very disappointing

darrell rThe personnel were super helpful and friendly. The building is in pretty tough shape, an not very inviting. This is a salvage yard, so it looks like a salvage yard. Again very friendly and helpful personnel, but the property is not what you would expect.
victor sThe trailer that I requested online and was told would be at that location was not. I was expecyto pay $18 something, instead I paid $132 for a different trailer. I called Travel to complain and was told I would receive a call back but never did. If UHaul doesn't try to fix this, I'm not using this company again.

steve sstop trying to double charge for accessories during the rental drop off. The drop off process via the app made it appear as though i hadn't paid for the moving pads, very annoying.

David KThe caulk on the roof of on of the enclosed trailers was totally missing in some spots meaning that any time it rained even a little all of my things inside got water damage. I am not happy.

Anne LI needed to change the p-u date from 3/30 to 4/7, when I contacted the U-HAUL in Osseo & spoke to Laura, she was extremely helpful in the process of having to make the change.
JACK SUhaul system was not working. Took an hour to order and pick-up the Uhaul rental.
ERIC RTire on trailer was low on air, tech filled tires and said, that will be good. Tire blew out seventeen miles from our starting point. We were (my sons and I) stranded on the side of the road for four hours until U haul representative could find us someone to come change the tire. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Even though they set us up a hotel room(room 158, Best Western, Black River Falls,) that smelled like raw sewerage, and did not charge me for the twenty four hours extra time to return truck, I was very disgruntled with the way this was handled. The people that were in contact with us were polite, but there was little or no information to help them out.After spending thirty-five dollars on convenience store sandwiches and crap to eat,we did not feel up to unloading the truck at all.
WILLIAM SI was told to go to Black River Falls to drop off tow dolly,VERY DISGRUNTLED to find out that they were no longer doing UHAUL and had to travel 25 miles north on the expressway to drop off tow dolly.Not only was this an inconvenience,but costed me valuable work time.I was planning to use UHAUL to move in three weeks but am considering other options first.Moving five hours away,I cannot afford costly errors like this again! It was a comfort that the staff was very helpful and understanding to my issue.
