The guy working didn’t know how to use the computer. He had his 4th grade granddaughter doing the work. I also had to help him with the computer. Took almost a hour in the lobby helping him to actually get my rental truck. The worst experience I’ve ever had renting a U-Haul.

MICHAEL NThe people who run this location are very friendly and helpful. They really saved us! However, we actually had to drive 2 1/2 hrs out of our way to get the trailer I reserved! No need to make a reservation ahead. There is no guarantee what you reserved will be where it is supposed to be. Very frustrating
