It wasn't open the day we returned it so that is why I choose no on the above questions.

Beginning mileage was 16 and they claim it was 15 so that added a mile. There was trash in it, beef jerky stick, engine light on. The internet was horrible so I had a hard Time checking in. A lot of unknowns. Sat there while it spun. I put the exact same amount of fuel back in the truck. When I went to return it the diagram online showed more gas then what was is in when I rented it. I took pictures of before and after. Until I picked up I couldn’t find the total bill and did not expect to see 94.00 a lot in taxes. Then to find out they added two gallons when I already added to the line. I will not rent again from this location.

Best location ever very understanding of my time crunch held the buisness open a bit longer for me to get there and when i went to drop off she gave my kidos litll piggy banks in shape of uhaul trucks aersome experience amazing customer service couldn't say enough good things about them

Nothing. Everything was good. It was a rough start but not on the site’s side. The app had me down as a hand deliver. I called the customer service number and had to talk to three different people holding for a good amount of time to get the issue rectified.

I was in a bad spot when my personal truck broke down hauling a trailer load of tools to Colorado. Jesse was a great help in providing information of the town and especially getting me my uhaul truck. He helped make a bad situation bearable going beyond the call of duty

We left a padlock in the truck. When we arrived to reclaim the lock this morning, the business was locked and there are no hours posted, no phone number, and, apparently the people intend to keep the lock because no one contacted us. Very unprofessional.

Was charged $1,423.21 cents for the most disastrous move of my life and never made it to my final destination.

Cleaned up a huge mess caused by a U-Haul location in Claremore, OK, two U-Haul locations in Cottonwood, AZ and the regional traffic office in Northern AZ. Even involved a general manager in KS to help save my move from completely collapsing 24 hours before the closing on my house. Jesse is a honest person and knowledgeable of his position. I still would never be a U-Haul customer again after what I went through. Not because of this location.

There was no one at this location. We waited for almost 40 minutes to contact uhaul. These individual places were fine, my complaint would be with uhaul in general. First, our pickup location was changed. Then our truck wasn’t there for us to pick up. Follow that by the guy did not add the extra days as we requested. Final straw was our drop off location was messed up. I have used uhaul many times over the years, this was a horrible experience. I’m the future I will find another company to go through.
