There was no lock box as instructed on the video where to get the keys and put it back. You have to figure out it's in the back of the truck. If there were instructions saying if no lockbox is present keys will be in the back of the truck and return them in the same way I think will help a lot of people avoid confusion.

The app takes too long and the entire process took too long, however , it was the best option when you need to pick up before office hours, Dropping off key was confusing because it said out in a lock box with a pic but that was incorrect and it didn't say where the drop box was. I never received a finalized receipt. The person calling to verify my identity took forever to call, but was very pleasant and helpful when she called. I didn't appreciate getting into a tank at 1/4. I think every truck should be at full every time.

When we opened the back of the truck, it appeared a homeless person had been staying in there, as all of the contents were of a homeless person's stature. A shopping cart full of extremely soiled clothes, food containers, a suitcase, and more trash. Also, the roll-up door was extremely heavy, and appears the lifting mechanism was broken.

I got in the U-Haul to drive off and all of a sudden I hear banging - there was a homeless couple in the back of the U-Haul. The worker there did not even check the back. I almost had a panic attack I walked back to the office and she told me to call the police when it should have been her calling. Never again will I rent it was a scary moment.

Make sure you don’t overbook and cause people to have to go to other locations. It put a strain on other time restraints we had in place. We were told that we will receive $50 for the inconvenience and I have already contacted support.

When renting they don’t explain anything . They say something and they write in the contract something else like the woman said you have one eighth of the gasoline tank almost empty but she wrote it one fourth how can you trust what she said but we didn’t drive very much and put 20 dollars worth of gasoline and we have pictures of this . All what we owe them is 15 :00 dollars on the top of 70:00. Dollars . Please send me a text message and I was very sick in the hospital now I am ok and I need to solve this issue .

Van had rear top molding missing and roof was all scratched and yellow tabs were missing. dirty from inside and last person left a tv remote and trash. Steering pulled to the right and since it rained both days, May 3 and 4, our stuff got wet inside van. Please advise!

They over charged my card for a in store purchase my receipt says one price and my card was charged another , the van had no gas I had to hurry across the street to get gas I dropped it off with gas and they charged my card 11.88 for gas when it was beyond E when I got in it , ripped off never will use this company again

Customer service was friendly. Location was small and equipment fairly beat up and dirty. During mobil check-in I noted they provided a different truck all together and that there was less than 1/4th tank of gas. I drove a total of 13 miles. I personally put almost two gallons of gas in it, then was charged another two gallons by UHaul.

I picked up the Uhaul from Our postal express, not only did the employee not show me to the Uhaul there was glass beer bottle on the back (pictures to prove it) and it smelt like cigarettes in the cabin. Never had an experience like this before. And after 5 miles the battery light turned out. So not only to pay almost $200 for the Uhaul but also in gas. Worst experience ever.

The Vehicle "Check Engine Light" was on and they wanted me to take the vehicle like that. I think your satellite offices need to pay more attention to the vehicle inspection before releasing it to a new customer.

I thought the mileage charge was to cover the cost of gas. I had no idea they were separate charges. Plus other hidden fees, the total cost of the move was almost double what I had planned. I wish Uhaul was more upfront about their charges! Never again Uhaul!

Don’t charge the customer invalid gas fees. Make sure you know how much gas you left in your vehicle before you rent it to a new person.

This location was perfect. They helped me as my prior reservation with Ben’s Uhaul fell through. I made a reservation on line / confirmed it. I then called Ben’s Uhaul directly the day prior to confirm we were good to go for a Saturday pickup. All was set. I arrived and there was no truck available. No one called me to advise. The attitude was far from acceptable. It placed me in a very difficult position as I had a crew waiting to assist. Our Postal Express was amazing and highly recommend them. Ben’s Uhaul - don’t recommend at all.
