If i could give less starts i would lol, place smelled like week. I followed the guy out the front you can see clouds of smoke coming from the open garage doors. It reeked of weed. Very unprofessional. The truck that I picked up had no dolly and no loading ramps. It was also on an ⅛ tank of gas. I was suppose to pick up in santa maria but they worker didnt save my reservation so i had to go an additional 40 miles out of the way to this crap location. I will never use uhaul again i will be going to enterprise. Its crazy how a major company will allow a shop to rent out there trucks where they smoke drugs during business hours. I will be writing a report to the Better Business Bureau

Ronald SThe location was fine, but the drop off location wS extremely confusing, the entire turn in process was terrible, having to go from drop off location to drop off Location and the final place not having internet made me call a dispatch that charged me an extra day due to this process making me late for turn in. I should not have been charged the extra day for the confusion terrible, will not recommend to anyone for any reason.
