Well when I reserve a trailer online and have my quote in and make sure to be there on time, thi solace added charges on to my reservation that I never asked for and more then doubled my cost to rent the trailer, and I had to deal with a person who didn’t even know how to do the paperwork or even hook the trailer up to my truck and making me do it, I will avoid this place all together as they have welcome to the shit show every where and it’s completely unprofessional as o had to deal with the person in charge rover the phone and text

2 kids came out and took the truck and trailer, did not say anything or give a receipt. Creepy location and "employees"

AC did not work proper but truck was clean.

Customer service was good, other than the fact that no one was actually there when I got there. But the personnel did answer my call the second time I called. She was very courteous and assisted me through the phone and made the experience very easy. Other than the fact that you’re not sure where to go because the lot seems to be the the personnel’s home and didn’t want to disturb and the place that seemed like the place of business was closed although it was still during working hours.
