My pick up time was 4pm, I got there and the building was locked up and everyone gone. I called the phone # and tge gentleman said he left early for the day and I had to wait 25 minutes for him to return so I could get the key. Then he had to call someone else to complete the pickup.

When calling about dropping off my rental. I was told by the location owner to leave the key for the U-Haul under the floor mat in the U-Haul and they would check it in when they got there. So as to not breach my contract I did the drop off through the app and then waited for the location owner to arrive to hand the keys in directly so I could lock the U-Haul. The lack of a key drop box makes dropping off rentals hard at this location as it makes the customer reliant on if the location owner is there.
