Nothing, entire experience was painless, online reservation, pickup was simple. Owner of business was friendly and very helpful. This particular operation was small and did have a lot of equipment.

Jason made renting and returning very easy. Picking up truck was probably 10 minutes in the office, return was dropping key in night drop. Whenever I need a truck I’ll head to this UHaul.

The agent only speak English and
I spoke with Doug the agents and he never explained to me that when receiving in one city and delivering in another within Houston itself, they charged me some super expensive charges. It was incredible that from Houston to Miami I paid $118 and from Houston Santa Fe to Houston Katy they charged me $114 without any explanation or receipts or details
Please Please provide detailed receipts at the time of rent.

The only thing I can’t agree with was gas tank level. The miles yes it was over but I made sure to return it with more gas than picked up. But if your company needs an extra $7 to survive I guess it’s worth it to yall. I’ll find another route in November and following May.

This location is amazing!!! The owner helped me hook up the trailer and assisted me on the return. He was very polite, kind, and prompt. I was scheduled at an Alvin location that messed up my reservation, and this owner made sure I was taken care of. I will continue to use this location only.

There was no running lights working on the right side of the trailer . Only brake and blinker worked on that side . 1316 I believe was the unit number I used .

This place is awesome. Very reasonable and understandable when we needed more time to move and they were accommodating with our late moving hours. We now live in texas city, but if i ever need another truck, ill be back to this location. Ive already started recommending them
