The young lady I communicated with was wonderful!!! She was able to walk me through the process step by step, as if she was with me. The location, or where the truck gets dropped off, for me to pick it up, definitely makes you feel as if you’re doing something sketchy. Like I was literally constantly looking over my shoulder!! I don’t know if I was looking for police, or somebody to come rob me. I don’t know. But like I said, the location and the process there, definitely makes you feel like you’re either doing something sketchy, or being set up to be robbed! The young lady I dealt with was WONDERFUL!! She was able to walk me through the process and was very calming. Her pleasantness and customer service skills, was the only thing that kept me realizing I was making a legal transaction with an actual legitimate company.

There was no person to in-person communication. The have a drop -off procedure that I'm not too fond of. Automation will soon be upon us.
JOSEPH HShould have someone on site at the pick up time not 45mins later also the keys should not be handed over if contract has not been completed AND with that type of location the trucks should only be allowed to be returned when someone is there. My experience was horrible!!!!!!! I cannot say I will recommend this place
