There was no person to in-person communication. The have a drop -off procedure that I'm not too fond of. Automation will soon be upon us.

Should have someone on site at the pick up time not 45mins later also the keys should not be handed over if contract has not been completed AND with that type of location the trucks should only be allowed to be returned when someone is there. My experience was horrible!!!!!!! I cannot say I will recommend this place
