Your web page does not work on firefox mobile browser (latest version) when you try to upload the photos (I lost some time because of this), the person on the counter was very slow I lost almost 1 hour of my rental time waiting to get the truck keys and the dolly/blankets; When I was going to refuel, was not clear if I have to use gasoline or diesel, it would be useful to have a clear label somewhere in the truck; The price estimation does not show taxes when reserving, it should.

Worst customer service ever. I return truck well within time but still he charged me for extra hours. I did not ask for insurance still he charged me for insurance. He doesn't know customer service at well. Brown owner so he will keep you wait and serve other customers.

Truck was piled up with snow and took another hour to clean it. No utility dolly was provided even when I requested for it. No response from the number provided for assistance when tried to contact and lose another hour on it. If I had time to rethink about my options I would've gone for another without any second thought!

Truck not available. Had to go somewhere else to get a vehicle extremely small to move a house. Had no choice nothing else was available. Supposed to pick the truck up at 10 am didn't get anything until 11:30. Horrible service especially at the last minute

The person on duty did not know how to sign out a uhaul. I had to call uhaul on my Own and get the reservation changed.

I asked for phone check in. But the key was with the uhual rep. The dollies were not inside, I had to go grab it from inside the office. And carry it to inside of the truck.

I was overcharged mileage. Vendor could not update mileage from previous user so I was charged more mileage than I used. Uhaul has not replied to my inquiries about being overcharged. Disappointed that I had to pay for mileage I did not use.

The phone app was non-functional for myself and the user before me. There are definitely some bugs that need to be ironed out and it needs to be more user friendly. (The first screen can lay out what is expected in terms of pictures, and that you must remain with the van, while checking in due to location tracking, etc.)

I booked counter service. However when I reached the location the person in the store simply told that she can't be of any help and I need to send email to the uhaul customer care to sort out my problem whatsoever. I had to wait more than 40 mins in order to get hold of uhaul customer service agent and then they told me that since the service is of type counter they can't help and provided me a local number who may help. I then waited for another 10-15 mins before I got connected. This time the agent was very helpful and converted my booking to mobile. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book or use this location.
