Very poorly communicated instructions, beginning from the day I rented it. There should have never even been another place to schedule a truck that never goes to that facility. Yall need inventory work. Less goose chase or treasure hunt garbage the morning of the rental. This is totally uncalled for and much more preventative work needs to be done other than right before it’s time for you to pick up the truck. Same goes for drop off! What happened to having a U-Haul truck store where you could walk in show your license and rent the damn truck! I will not use U-Haul again. It Rinky dinky bs. No body wants to deal with all the unhappy customers huh? Well don’t mis lead them from the get go! Moving is stressful enough without U-Hauls bs!

Jason SThe only reason I said no is because when I went in to ask about information about U Haul the guy never looked up from his phone. I guess it was more important than the customer. Otherwise I would recommend it to everyone.
