The online service allowed me to book moving blankets and the location doesn't carry them so now I have to request a refund (plus I didn't have them for my move). The truck was found parked in a lot 50m away in a location they do not own and the vehicle had a note on it saying "Do not park here". When I went to begin my rental during opening hours the location was closed with a sign on the door implying they would be back in an hour - so I had to wait and come back. When returning the truck I was asked to hopefully park the truck on the street (public parking) outside and given no direction where to park if it was not free. Albeit I had to take up public parking for this private business.

I didn’t check the milage when I started, according to me I drove altogether about 30km, but they charged me for 46km. They made me buy gas for $15. Ok even if I drive for 46k, should I need to refill for $15! What is the basis of this calculation! It’s 272 Eglinton Avenue. Customer service below average.
Amin RThe service was good however I appear to have been overcharged in the kilometer amount. When I picked up the estimated amount was 20 kms. I only used 5kms, yet the invoice appears to have been based on the estimated amount of 20 which led to an overcharge of about $15 plus tax
PAUL MI had an issue with the charges, I have asked for clarification and have yet to recieved a response.
MARC JI arrived slightly ahead of my reservation time and was met by an elderly gentleman at the location who was clearly unfamiliar with the U-Haul process. He had no understanding of how the system worked and repeatedly asked for information I had already provided during the online booking. He struggled to locate my reservation and ultimately had to make a video call to someone who guided him step by step. This caused an unnecessary delay of over 20 minutes. Additionally, I had reserved a dolly, which was not available in the vehicle. I was instructed to retrieve it from a different address, which turned out to be a bank — in other words, the equipment I paid for was completely inaccessible. This significantly worsened an already frustrating experience. I am not seeking a voucher or an apology, as this will be the last time I use U-Haul’s services. However, I do expect the issues outlined above to be taken into account and reflected appropriately in the final charge for my order.
