Truck needs windshield wiper blades replaced. A long trip in the rain would have been painful experience with those dry rotted blades. Otherwise the truck was in good condition.

not sure the truck was checked for front end aleignment before i rented it. looks like the accident it was in messed it up. also the door did not close properly. from the accident as well. It was not a problem for me , but if it rains it will for someone.

Parking slots for trailers were on a slope with no chocks. Some form of parking chocks are necessary.

Seth did a phenomenal job getting the trailer checked out and hooked up. He made sure I had everything I needed and took care of attaching the trailer when I arrived and removing it when we were done

They called me 4 days after returning the trailer telling me that I hadn’t returned it yet. Told them to go look outside and lo and behold it was there.

The wiring for the lights were faulty. I was pulled over by a police officer in Siloam Springs and given a warning. The trailer lights were not fully functional and had a short in them. Please inspect the wiring more thoroughly before offering the trailer for use.

I stopped by earlier in the morning of the day I was to pick up just to make sure a van was going to be available for my 6:00 pm reservation, and learned UHaul had put me in a precarious situation by renting the location's only van out for that day. I told Seth I had to have that van that evening. He went above and beyond in contacting the current renter to make sure they got it back in time. It ended up arriving 45 minutes late, but Seth stayed after work to make sure I got the vehicle. I'm very pleased with the actions of the location, but learned a lot about UHaul's policy and will likely rent from Ryder or some other provider in the future.

My problem wasn't the location. They were fine. My problem was u-haul and where they sent me to get the truck. It cost me a extra $45 and a extra 50 miles worth of fuel for no reason. They had 2 available trucks local.
