I was impressed by how helpful she was getting the paperwork done, and getting the trailer hooked up. she made several trips into the tire shop to get a wrench for me as i needed to change the ball on my bumper. She is a great rep. for u haul.

Deborah JThe fuel level was empty and the fuel light was on. Luckily there was a gas station on the corner.
Luis PWell, upon receiving my uhaul there was an ant infestation in the vehicle, all over the floor and dashboard. It seemed as if they were crawling through the bottom of the windshield/ac vents. I am not one to complain and I have no issues with the location that dealt me the uhaul, the sweet lady inside was very understanding and provided me with bug spray that helped a lot!
Will GEverything went great and Tina at this location is great to work with. I would not choose any other location to rent from.
Michael SThe AC worked poorly - cold at first then hot air. Various damage to control buttons inside the unit. Dimmer switch, door knob falls off, brake pull lever bent. but the people were very nice and helpful. However, your corporate representative lied to me when I asked to use a military discount and told me clearly that only the onside pickup location could only apply it - which I knew immediately was a lie. But this has nothing to do with the people in Ozark who were very nice.
David TThe back of the uhaul was dirty from previous renter and had a mirror in it. The furniture pads were missing, and the truck didn’t start.

ADAM MI delivered the equipment ahead of time but getting emails saying im.late and going to be charged. So much unwanted stress.
Walter CI had reserved a 10' truck, but you changed my location to Enterprise. Ozark Tire accommodated me despite the 10' being given to another customer. Kudos to Ozark Tire; shame on you, U-Haul!

We had no issues at all with the equipment we rented. It looked well maintained. Because of that, I would actually purchase one of the units if the opportunity to do so was ever presented.
