Large lot shared with an Ace Hardware. Easy to get around and park. Took a couple of minutes an I was gone

Nothing at all
kenny aVehicle had major mechanical defects. Staff was smoking marijuana. When I called they offered nothing to make it correct and threatened to charge me for the damages that occurred prior to pickup. I’ll use a different company in the future.
David BGreat guys! Excellent help!
Mark OThe people at the Ace Hardware in Green River, UT, were kind and helpful to us in a very difficult situation. We are grateful.
Lori DI love this Ace location and shop there all the time, the staff are really helpful when it comes to my various home improvement needs. Unfortunately I dropped off the trailer on a Sunday, and when I called on Monday to confirm they had received the trailer they said they would get it all checked in. They did not do that, and I was hounded by U-Haul for the next two weeks because they were trying to fine me for a late return. I e-mailed U-Haul photos of the trailer to confirm I had returned it literally only three days after I had rented it, well withing the five day rental time-frame. It's not like I have the technical skill to falsify metadata on a jpeg, so it should have been pretty easy to see the date on which the photos were taken. They still kept calling me claiming it was not returned. They called me in the middle of a work trip to continue hounding me about it. Finally they called the location and confirmed it had been returned. It left a sour taste in my mouth both for the quality of service at this Ace and U-Haul. I find it absurd that U-Haul took so long to simply make a single phone call to the Ace to confirm I had returned the trailer. Honestly it was pretty horrid customer service.
Paloma ASuper helpful, more than I’ve ever received at any moving company.
JASON BThe staff was uninformed and unhelpful. We rented this truck because the trailer lights on our 6x12 stopped working. We wanted to leave the non working trailer behind and we’re told there would be $200 in extra fees.
donald hGreat customer service! Went over and above.
Matt CNo one there to check me in
Richard LTake that unit out of service or at.least fix the back door.
Stephen CGreat experience.
allen bWe were in a huge bind with our car breaking down in the middle of nowhere. UHaul bailed us out of horrible situation. I couldn't be more grateful.
ERIC HThe key drop was hidden behind a pallet of fertilizer, nowhere near the entrance to the building.
TIMOTHY PEasy drop off
KEITH DLiterally the only option for us to rent a vehicle to get to salt lake after being abandoned by a tow truck company who refused to let us ride with our broke down down car. Easy pickup and drop off. Truck was huge but also we we’re working with what we can eh.
AUGUSTE KGood location but far from my intended pick up location.
CHRIS BIt was really easy to rent the truck. The truck performed really well.
RICKY Bgood experience
Michael DOver all it was pretty good. Very good attendant, Small office at the end of a very bumpy dirt alley road. I filled out every thing on line so the process went quick. Warning: Watch your mileage and be sure you check it out before you reserve your truck. When I placed my order live I told u-hall I was going from 80026 Erie CO to Moab UT. Moab is 37 miles south off of I-70. They told me I needed to return the truck to Green River CO which is another 22 miles west on I-70 from where you turn off to go to Moab. Bottom line 37 miles from I-70 to Moab and back to I-70 is 74 miles to continue on to Green River. I was lucky I was only about 10 miles to where I had to go to load the truck in CO. Your mileage is calculated from pick-up point to drop off point and very few miles for loading point and drop off point. In a big metro area like Denver the truck pick up point to a home loading point can easily be 10 miles in the opposite direction you want to go. I returned the U-hall truck to the drop off point on the same day I picked it up even though they gave me 3 days to make the trip. I got no credit for the prompt early return but needed to pay for the extra miles. The folks at the pick up and drop off were great but watch out for U-hall and the way they calculate miles. Bottom line make sure you let U-hall know how many extra miles you are going to need because it is $0.40/mile.
