The truck had mechanical issues, really bad bearing noise. But, I only needed to drive it a couple minutes away. Driving to return the vehicle, I made a point to check the fuel gauge, which was past the full mark. The check in clerk said it was down an 1/8 of a tank. Looking at the mileage, there’s no chance. I literally drove the truck 8 mins from the uhaul location and parked it for a week to used it to store furniture in and then drive it back to the location. This is after UHaul bumped my reservation location from my preferred and closer UHaul location. UHaul has always been cheap and beat up, the unspoken trade off is you don’t get needled over little things. So, I’ll be going to Penske from now on, yes its more expensive and not as many locations but at least you get a nice truck and service.

U-Haul App locked up for pickup of truck & trailer Trailer was backed into a flooded area in parking lot. Was difficult to pull out by hand with 3 people as one wheel stuck in mud. Wife & I both got shoes soaked under muddy water to maneuver. Ordered dozen moving blankets -none available. Gasoline on truck at 3/4 full. Hand truck in unattended Vape shop. Opened muscato wine bottle with alcohol left on passenger seat of 26’ truck. Food wrappers in truck cab. Right side windshield wiper came off on start of drive -had to repair with tie wrap as wiper arm was scraping glass windshield.

The tailor was not in good condition. The lady was as helpful as she could be.

The first location sucked but uhaul customer service took good care of me and found another location with what I needed and set everything up for me. Even within 5 min

First, I booked a reservation weeks in advanced. I called 2 days prior to my reservation to discover the 15 foot truck i reserved wasn’t available and “what they had” was a 26foot option, I didn’t need but basically forced to use because 2 days away, I had no other choice. So that cost more. Secondly, the employee didn’t show up to work on time so I had to wait for my helper, while he got there. Thirdly, the truck shook tremendously if you went over 45mph, no allowing us to safely use the vehicle and mind you my trip was 66miles down 495,95, and other major highways. I’m highly disappointed from start to finish. To be honest I think I more than deserve, at a minimum, 50% refund. Oh and one last thing, it was given to me at less than 1/4 tank which I had to pay $25+ to add gas to even use it. Not a good time!

The back of the truck was dirty and had human waste. Thankfully it was very short trip because the truck vibrates and bounces over 35 mph. Something is wrong with it.
