Some how, my online rental was set to the wrong location. I live near this UHaul and was so happy that this office could accommodate the mistake and handle a walk-in rental. Great service. I always use UHaul for any moving needs. Keep up the great work. I'm a very happy customer!

Overall a good experience. The driver side weather stripping coming off. The engine did sound like the transmission might be slipping.

We rented a 15 foot truck online but was told by the agent (Jailen) that it should not have been offered online because it was damaged. Fortunately the 10 foot truck was available. Jailen was very friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasant.

We had multiple problems with the app working properly, when we arrived it said no truck was available, employee was able to check us out via computer. App let us take the pictures when checking out, but when we returned the app would not upload the pictures , it finally said to leave the keys. Office called next day saying they saw that we attempted to check back in.

Make sure the truck functions properly and include the items that the customers are told is included. My truck came with no dolly, the front window was dirty and the back of the truck got stuck and wasn’t able to close

I was charge for keeping the truck after hour. The lady never mentioned there will be a fee. She just said if we wanted to drop the keys through the door. Was very disappointed because she did not communicate that with us.

The process of picking up using the app turned out to be much simpler than I thought. Drop of was also a breeze.

Hate the all on-line service. I'm older and have weak eye site. Using my phone for check-in and check-out is very difficult.

Location only has one choice of vehicle so may not work for everyone. Checking in and out is extremely difficult and customer service assistance was required. It took almost an hour to get the vehicle picked up and then I had issues with the gasoline level. Not sure I would recommend U-Haul. I may try Penske next time for comparison.

I was overcharged and did not get the dolly. I tried calling numerous times. No one answers and 800 number has me in hind for err. I need someone to please. All me at 951-588-3725

I had ordered an appliance dolly and it was missing. I had to drive to any location to pick it up. This cause a delay on my move because had appliances to move.

This facility States they had one truck to rent and it was still out with the previous person. I got the truck 1/2 hour after I needed it. The inside was disgustingly dirty it looks like it hasn't seen a bath in months.

I especially liked the ability to check-in the truck online. This was especially helpful as I returned the truck at lunch time when the office was closed for lunch.

This location was mu closest but not my favorite. There was an emphasis that i return the truck with the same amount of gas as i received it or there would be a service charge to load the truck with gas and gas would be charged at $5 per gallon. I received the truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas. Did that mean that the person prior to me using the truck was charged all these fees and yet the truck had no gas. I asked if i return it with more gas will i receive a credit? the answer is no. Ridiculous! I will never go back again. I had to take the truck to the gas station twice which brought my miles up higher. They are scammers at this location.

TRyckbwas certainly acceptable, we managed our move without difficulty. Would have been an added bonus if the truck had cruise control as we traveled all on freeway. Otherwise it was ok.

Have the trucks actual on site. I went to my first site and the truck wasn’t returned so I had to travel to another site where I received a shorter truck.

The hours listed state Sunday 9-4, we arrived at 9am., office was barely opening and office personnel made it a point to let us know they where closioat 3pm., an hour earlier than listed business hours.

The only thing negative I can mention, is the driver side front head light did not work. Other than that, the young lady that helped me Saturday was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Truck ran good and was easy to drive.

Small inaacuries on the rental agreement. Mileage and gas could be documented better. Overall, pretty good service and timely delivery. Equipment was adequate not very clean, but was serviceable.

The truck I reserved was not available. This is the second time. I was given a bigger truck for the same price but I have to pay late fees to the bigger truck. I would've have dropped the rental off and turned in the keys at a drop box to avoid late fees, but that option wasn't available. Now charged for 3 days due to the holiday was closed and was under the impression I had till noon (my check out & in time) the day after the holiday.

Like always, Pacific Self Storage is a great place to rent a truck. Staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Makes the moving experience much easier. No waiting in long lines either. So if you need a Uhaul, go see them.

The worker diana was awesome. The other 2 girls are rude, will roll their eyes at you and talk to you like you are an idiot. The trucks are really old, have lots of miles, have little power and sound like they are going to break down at any given moment.

I feel like they may have given me wrong info. She circled an area on the gas line and I asked where it needed to be when returned. She says it had to be within the circle. I made sure to do that but I was still charged for gas. I am not happy.
