Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my U-Haul experience. The Listed contract gas mileage was drastically and inaccurately stated. I sent a photo of the timestamp of the true gas mileage according to the tank and what was listed on the contract.. putting gas in the truck the gas completely leaked out of the tank. I immediately sent photos and a video of the gas pouring out of the truck and was told to bring the truck back. I could not do that as the truck was filled with my belongings and the truck I picked up should’ve been in working condition. They said a roadside assistance technician would be sent out in 30 minutes to an hour. This was after I already spent time and money at the gas station on a faulty gas tank. as I rented this truck for a moving day, I was on a time crunch and did not have the time nor ability to wait for a technician to be sent out. we drove the truck to my destination in Los Angeles and called again for roadside assistance. I was told I would have to wait for a repair technician to come out to my location and fix the tank and then I would have to drive it back to drop off. This was extremely inconvenient and I felt unsafe driving the truck anymore than I had to as I needed to get to my location. I called and spoke to someone again and let them know i would bring the truck to the destination drop off. Since I was told they would not drive it back,. I then called roadside assistance again to inquire about compensation for the faulty truck. I was told a manager from the pick up location would be handling my claim. I then also called customer service to try and get in touch with the end destination location in order to figure out my contract prior to being charged. They could not get a hold of anyone from that location. I spoke with multiple people on the phone and have not Been given a solution. Having to repeatedly tell my story and be passed to multiple people On the phone with no solution was extremely inconvenient on a day where I was moving my belongings.
MORGAN ZBetter reception area, the office that I was taken wasn’t clean and the employee had food everywhere and no place to sit. I was charged for 1 gallon of gas!
Cynthia SThe location was clean, and the customer service was excellent. They were very helpful and helped make the process super easy for walking in. I have rented U-Haul before in places that are filthy and the people were rude as all get out. So this was a pleasant surprise as I just assumed all U-Haul‘s were dirty and people weren’t nice or didn’t care.

WALTER KThe service was great at this location. The truck was clean and ready for us to pick up and the return process was very quick.
Stephen GAgent was help and hooked up trailer and asked me to perform light test. I did that and he said all was working. Upon driving the trailer to my next location, and with my wife following behind me in her car, she noticed that the turn signal indicators were backwards and their were no running lights. Further, my 2024 Ram 3500 pick up's dashboard told me the breaks on the trailer were not working correctly. And lastly, the safety chains were very long and rubbed on the ground. Very poor inspection of the trailer and could have resulted in an accident as I had to drive at night in a very dark area.

KIANA CMy experience with this location was excellent. They had my truck ready, it was clean and had gas as it indicated. Customer service was also very good. Kind and courteous! 10 out of 10 for UHaul dealer location. I’ll go back there again.
JAMILEE CIt is very disappointing that I was charged a cleaning fee because of forgotten items. I really cannot afford the extra charge. Being on a fixed income, this twenty five dollars is significant.
MICHAEL SI was personally assaulted by some person who used the place as a shelter since he’s a homeless, and the site employees failed to provide security for their clients. The equipment was not clean when picked up, and the mpg was way low to the point that it was 5mpg!
MOHAMMAD AThe truck I was assigned had issues with fuel tank. I attempted to put in 10$ worth of gas and while fueling the gas was spilling from unknown location on bottom of the truck and made a mess at the gas station

JULIO GThe truck smelled like Body odor and the hitch had some kind of rings on the side I guess meant for the safety chains but u cannot put a bolt through the hitch . Complete useless and had to use 3x more of mileage because of it
Jorge ABut he didn’t work the radio didn’t work. There was an old dirty hotdog and food in the chair. They do not care. They charge me for a day and a half extra for no reason and they don’t want to return the money horrible customer service and I would never rent from this U-Haul store again.
ROSIE SWe picked up a ubox from this location for customer Justin Bass and this location put the ubox on the trailer backwards causing 2 extra hours of work and made us late to our second job. This was caused a lot of stress for both my moving help customers today please compensate this rental

ALFONSO RWhy did the UHAUL app let me drop off the truck if there was no key drop off. Attempted to drop off the truck after hours like is possible through the app. UHAUL Customer Service representative on the phone told me to come in the next day to drop it off. Yet my contract said it was completed already even though I still had the key. I dropped it off at the business this morning The app should not let me drop off a truck if the business does not have the box set up. Don't know if that's the businesses fault or not, but very annoying nonetheless Also, no clear direction for where to drop the truck off within the business' two parking lots. Very frustrating

John JThe overall experience of ordering online and how my reservation was botch was terrible... I ended paying way over the advertised price. The facility and the people that worded there were helpful. But when I called to get help with this reservation they transferred at least twice to get the help I needed. At the end of the day, this is probably the last time I'm renting from UHAUL. It is still very upsetting just thinking about all the back and forth with their customer service.
