Felicia the support person for the mobile pick was super responsive and fast at resolving our issues! The pick up and drop off process was a breeze even remotely and we had all the equipment we paid to rent ready upon pick up.

Dealer was in a very small store front in a shopping center.NO signage on store front at all. Needed to return after hours due to work schedule but no sign or drop box visible. 2 of us tried to access the uhaul app but keep getting different error messaging. Had to miss work the next morning and the place was not open until well after 9 am. As stated above--Will never rent from a dealer who has Uhaul as the secondary business....very very unprofessional

CHARLES IChanged pick up location to a place that didn’t offer 24/7 pick up. Called to confirm the change and that everything would be there but showed up at 6am for pick up but couldn’t get the truck or our moving materials. After calling support he said he would apply a credit of $50 for the guaranteed pick up but that credit was never applied. When we arrived 3 and a half hours later when the store opened to pick up the truck, they didn’t have half of the materials we ordered but we were still charged full price. I called customer service and spoke to the manager of the store several times but no one would help us. Very very disappointed with my U-haul experience and will try to avoid their services unless I’m left with no other options. I want to make it Clear that Pack and Parcel was not the problem! It was the complete overlook of any details about the pick up and change of location by U-haul. The employees and manager of Pack and Parcel did everything they could to help.
JACOB NThe checkout on the app was annoying. Asking for photos then asking how was your experience questions made me think the photos was over so I drove back to drop off the keys which is far from where the trucks are kept. Then it asked me for more photos and I had to drive all the way back to the truck. Maybe do all photos at the same time. Before asking questions.

Christiaan HVan was great. The metal barrier separating the cab from the cargo area was missing the 2 bolts that attached it to the roof. Nothing terrible, but awful driving almost 500 miles with it banging in my ears the entire time. Every bump. Every stop. Every start. Every brake. Every acceleration. Bang. Bang. Bang.

Leslie SFollow correct order details and provide the appropriate requested equipment. It would also be ideal to include more specifics about the location of the key lock boxes as they were on the opposite site of the building from the vehicle location and difficult to find. Spent a long time just trying to get the vehicle picked up to find that the requested dolly was not included. This experience with the non-provision of the dolly and difficulty locating the key lock box was a huge inconvenience and caused grief to our planning and arrangements for pickup and timeline. The vehicle was also dirty inside, having dog hair and sticky smudges all over the dash. It was clearly not cleaned recently. Lastly, the front tire was visibly low on air, causing concern for the hauling of heavy loads.

CARA LThe App is awful and doesn’t work. I spent 45 mins trying to upload pics. Their chat service is bad too. Very slow responses and didn’t do anything to fix the problem. I had to have them call my wife to verify my identity who was in the car with me. I even told the guy that. They called her she answered one question and they hung up on her. Don’t recommend UHaul!
