Extremely poor customer service. I was charged for gas even though I put the right amount of gas back in the truck. I contacted Customer Service and complained and emailed pictures of the truck returned with the correct amount of gas. I feel like they are scamming customers in gas when the truck is returned.

MAURICE ARude manager being charged for something I didn't even want then not fully reimburse at return of ise like it was stated. Staff there wasn't fully train on renting the equipment I was about to be charged almost 90 dollars for gas because of this that employee apologized and fixed it but the management could care less
