Alisha MThis location and communication was great. However, it was 25 miles from the pickup location I designated and not open at the requested time. I received a call a day before my pick up that I needed to get the keys before 3pm that same day. I was not even in town and had to send someone to pick up the truck. This was unacceptable on U-Haul’s part.
BRIAN TThe app was horrible! Don’t recommend using the app if at all possible. The location I got my U-Haul truck from was fabulous. He did great is straightening out the issues the app messed up.

Phillip MNot comfortable using the app for rental. Unfamiliar with it and received NO DIRECTION on how it needed to be used throughout the rental contract. The location was closed when I returned the truck and when I called them when it was open to discuss the difficulties I had with the application, the location ridiculed me saying things like "oh come on...you know how to use a smart phone" as if I was not being truthful. He was rude, the lack of customer service was so blatant, he kept talking over me and never let me explain what challenges I had when returning the truck. I was also charged the safe ride Insurance when I specifically declined that, and charged me a fuel fee when I legit used less than 15 miles on the truck and replaced the gas. I have rented uhaul trucks from other locations without these problems. I would not go back to this location EVER and I may not use uhaul again either if I'm forced to use the app when it's too confusing and uncomfortable as a user. Not happy!
