Julio BThe online procedure was very annoying. It took more than an hour to get the request authorized. The client was waiting for me to get there and here I was stuck. The worse thing is I need to return the vehical by 12. So i was delayed because of uhaul but if I am late ,I would be charged extra. That was another mental stress. While returning the vehicle, the steps didn't ask us to document all the things at once , I locked the vehicle and proceeded to drop off the keys. Then I realized you want a picture of the vehicle (inside as well). I locked the vehicle and I didnt know where to find the key pin. It was expensive and a mental torture

RENZO BI had my car towed. Was not informed of the possibility of left in the parking lot overnight. There were no signs in the parking lot warning of a tow violation. There was 1 sign on the facing of the building only. The tow company was in a very bad area in Hialeah 45 minutes away. The tow company damaged my car and we’re very rude when trying to retrieve my vehicle. I called the UHAUL operator who said he didn’t know anything about cars being towed that were overnight. I asked him for the owner or company in charge of the parking lot/ strip mall and he said he would get me the information. He did not. I have used UHAUL repeatedly over the past 5 years and often left my car overnight and had no problems. Im very seriously considering never using UHaul again.

Lawrance gCabin was dirty, no big deal, i took a pic but did not make an issue. When i returned pickup truck no one was there to do turn in inspection. Was told i would get an email receipt. Didnt feel comfortable someone not signing off everything was ok like i did when i picked it up. Receipt was then emailed with a cleaning fee for the pickup BED. They said it was dirty..but i just hauled one box and drove thru a monsoon rain storm. Was told they had to mop the bed. Smells like a scam. No one is there to do inspection (even though there were two employees there) then a surprise cleaning fee. My first experience renting a truck and last with uhaul.

MILTON RThey did not provide proper instructions on after hour returns. I called them following day to advise of my experience and the on top of that they charged me cleaning fees and put like I returned van on July 28. I have proof and pictures of the time I drove to their location to return van, there was no visible drop box. They closed my contract as July 28 when I returned vehicle on July 26 at 11 pm. Please call me immediately.

Peter JThe online truck pickup and drop off process was awful. Too time consuming. And the U-Haul GPS locator kept saying I wasn’t there until after 20 minutes of repeating and trying it finally found me! Very frustrating.
