Friendly, cheerful, courteous personnel. Prompt attention to the customer. Two big, wonderful dogs serve as greeters. A 6 X 12 was offered right away as a substitute trailer because the 5 X 9 that I had reserved had not been returned the previous evening as anticipated. I didn't have the proper lift on my receiver for a 6 X 12, so off we went right away to the storage yard in Stock Island. I was hitched to a second 5 X 9, and on my way in a blink. The option to return the trailer after-hours, simply by parking it on the lot, added to the convenience of the entire process.

The truck was spotless, and everything I asked for was in place, ready for a smooth pick up and return. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a UHAUL. They make moving fun!

ROBERT RThe new toy haulers is the way to go when towing any sort of vehicle. The only thing I would do is provide a way to lock the trailer to the tow vehicle.

JAMES PArea is very busy with traffic/pedestrians and would be difficult to maneuver a truck with a trailer attached since there is not much room.
