truck had trash inside cab and box. Return process was misshandled leading to the inpression that i never return unit even tho it was return before reservation was due. Had to call UHaul multiple times for issue to be corrected

Late night return and it was raining. So that made it a little more difficult. Lot was not well lit. Especially had problems with the app for the return. I don't know if that was because of cell service or because of issues with the app.

The owner left n had to hurry back to hook us up, even tho we told him when we would be back. The location is a food mart where a lot of people hang around w loud music. The owner feels the need to carry a gun so imagine how the customer feels. His help was not helpful, couldn’t do any of the Uhaul stuff. Straps on Uhaul hauler didn’t get placed, chains only. Just a bad experience over all. Owner was apologetic tho!

I had the impression that the pick up location would have everything I needed to connect to the trailer if I was missing something but they didn't even have the pin to hold the ball mount in the receiver.

The overall process needs to be re-evaluated when you return equipment and told you would be charged a certain amount. That amount should process immediately on your return. This is the second time this has happened and it caused me to face financial penalties.
