ARQUIMEDES BTruck was very dirty inside, had to clean it myself, didn’t have Time to call in to exchange as time was of essence, was not a good experience I felt unclean after entering truck.
JEROME WAll this can change my ratings. I left my sunpass decal on the front window and I drop off the truck yesterday Saturday at 12 noon . I have not received a phone call yet. I email them this morning about it and I will call them today when they open up

Edgar PNot at the address that was listed on my contract. GPS did not go to the correct location. No signage. Person on the phone very unhelpful in terms of giving directions. It took 45 minutes to find the place.

We told him we would have it for either 24 or 48 hours he put $100 hold saying he had to hold for the miles just in case we communicated the next day that we are waiting for somebody to empty out of storage for us to put our stuff in, he charged me again, which overdraft in my bank, I’m here still waiting for the refund which I haven’t received. Poor customer service most likely going to look into another company. I always use you guys, but he really left a bad taste in my mouth.

sinclair hMade reservations for the truck 3 weeks in advance. I got text a couple hors before pickup. Saying that the truck was not available and that I would have to drive from Miami to Palm Beach to pick up the truck which was 36 miles away.. After I contacted to asked could they replaced for a larger truck. Was I assigned pickup from Miami Gardens and he was excellent got me in and out . After dealing with the nightmare called center.

Nahir RThe location was incorrect and actually 4714 NW 165 st, the truck ran well but smelled and the driver’s door did not open from the inside, the truck’s appearance was poor with 135k miles, I reserved closer to my home and wanted to drop off at my destination and no one called to confirm my reservation and the day of there was no truck available. I ran around looking for trucks and you changed my reservation to in town costing me nearly twice what I was quoted originally I feel I was ripped off and had no resort but to take whatever you gave me being that I had to move I would be very weary to use U-Haul again.

MIGUEL BNo air conditioner.The truck inside was filthy and the tires were low on air and there was no way to fix it because it was broken where you fill up the air Tube, I also overfilled the tank and got no credit for it. It had 3/4 of a tank and I gave back a full tank. Had no choice but to keep the truck because I had to move but I will not do that again. I think you should consider sending me a credit.

Angela BI needed a u haul rental truck right away. This location took very good care of me on the spot. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. Plus they had many variety of different size vehicles ready to go. Their location is inside of a small convenience store with an ATM if needed. Plus a gas station right next door for the refueling of the vehicle if needed upon return. I took full advantage of all amenities listed above. Plus the staff and management are very nice/friendly/and very helpful people. I was highly impressed.

PHYLLIS SEmployee stated drop off U-Haul at U-Haul place. I arrived at 12 PM March 9 I rented at 2 PM March 8. I arrived at 12 PM and was told to leave key with employee I trusted they would put in the system that I Have arrived, but no, I was charged.

Mario SI place my order in advance, i called before going and when I arrived there was no trailer. I had to go to Miami Gardens not only to pick it up but to return it also. The reservation was made from friday to monday they put the return for the same day. I am afraid of having the same problem again tomorrow. You need to treat the customers well.

OSCAR RThe office must be opened at 7:00 AM but the employee arrived at 7:30 and it was not friendly. The day before I was at 7:45 PM and the employee did not want to begin a reservation because she said that there was no time to get the trailer.
