When I reserved the equipment online, I was only given a return option in Panama City. I was in Port St. Joe, FL. I found a return option in Port St. Joe. I was told to call an 800 # to change my reservation drop off. I was given the run around and it felt like I had to fight to get them to agree to drop it off in Port St. Joe.

The trailer had two bad tires and vibrates so bad that my furniture was damaged. It vibrated so bad that drawer pulls unscrewed themself, medicine bottle caps unscrewed and there was grey residue on everything. I called the place I rented it from as soon as I noticed the vibration and called them but there was no answer. I called U-Haul roadside assistance and asked if I could trade this trailer at another store that was on my way but was told that I would have to get permission from the store I rented it from but couldn’t get in touch with them. I didn’t have time to wait on roadside assistance. So I went to Dallas. Once in Dallas I called roadside assistance and they came and replaced the two bad tires. It was obvious to the tech what the problem was, which means this trailer was not inspected before it was rented to me which put me, my family and my furniture in danger.

I had to change drop-off locations due to original not open during arrival. I decided to drop-off here and was told it was OK. Later I was charged $97 for wrong delivery location! Almost half of what it cost for the trailer! I'll decide to chose a other company next time.
