I never could reach a live body there. No one ever returned my numerous calls. When I arrived with the trailer, there was no one there. So I had to unhook the trailer myself and leave it in the driveway. Very poor way to run a bisiness.

The interior was very dirty. Spills on the seats and the cup holders. The A/C worked when it felt like it, the front end became very shaky at highway speeds of 70 mph and the brakes felt like they were glazed.

One tail light (running light) was not working at all, the other had about 30% of the LEDs not illuminating. This was not the connection, definitely was the light fixtures themselves. With the wide stance of the car dolly, this presented a significant safety issue driving at night.

I reserved an appliance dolly and when came to pick up the trailer I was told that they didn’t have any.
I can’t believe someone in the moving business doesn’t have MANY sets of moving dollies. 😳

When I reserved the truck in person, I told them I needed 24 pads and he pointed to 4 bags of 6 pads. When I came to get the truck and pads he told me he didn't have any pads.

The young man who was already outside said “mam, I’ll handle everything for you and email you a receipt.” I took off and in about 5 mins I had my receipt!!! Excellent service!!! Of course everything in Port St Joe is excellent because in a very real way we are all neighbors and we treat each other that way.
