This location asked for and my recept says port st Joe. When arriving the employee stated my paperwork indicated a different location 38 miles away. I said no, that's not what I agreed to. He said I'd have to pay a transport fee. I stated I would not pay a fee as the paperwork was false.

When I reserved the equipment online, I was only given a return option in Panama City. I was in Port St. Joe, FL.
I found a return option in Port St. Joe. I was told to call an 800 # to change my reservation drop off. I was given the run around and it felt like I had to fight to get them to agree to drop it off in Port St. Joe.
