BRIAN HStaff was unable to provide a receipt when I turned in the truck. It took several days before I got an email receipt and when I did it said I turned in the truck a day later than I actually turned it in. It didn't add any additional expense, so I let it slide.
Andreas TThe staff was professional, and the truck drive very well. We went from Crystal RIver, Florida and ended in Northern Atlanta, GA. The entire trip, we were without a left turn signal on the driver's rear side. This we did not notice until 50 minutes into our trip, we were stopped by a state tropper, and we received no citation or warning, but he reiterated to us how unsafe this was. We did not know where to turn - my wife did drive her car behind me and worked with me upon making left turns. Driving into Atlanta was a challenge to make sure I did not cause an unsafe situation. It was tough and stressful. Upon returning the vehicle, I spoke with a young lady named Rhianna, and I had her come to the vehicle to verify this, and she was quite surprised. It is apparent that the vehicle was not inspected at the pickup location, or it would not have been missed. There is no reason to have send this vehicle out without this signal light - a basic.. We feel there should be some credit given to us for this situation - it should not have happened. Thanks - Kevin
KEVIN LIt took one and a half hours and four phone calls to finally get the truck keys. I had done everything online but was told I had to get the app and do everything again on that app. All I was told that I needed was a code to get the keys. Finally after that 1 1/2 hours I finally got the code and was able to access the truck. The people at the location didn’t know anything that would help me since it is a fairly new product for them and they were no able to get ahold of the person who was responsible for the location. Horrible experience.
