The app is awful. Make direct reservations via phone possible as well as paying in cash. Great location. Nice staff. Good truck. Be nice to have a signed hardcopy of contract at both checkout and upon return. Also? Don't advertise unreal rates. The trucks aren't 29.95. They're a hundred bucks minimum. Get real. Be real. Please. Thanks.

Convenience store - really needs better space to park trucks. Hard to get in and out due to location
Richard PThe staff should ensure that customers are not being charged for gas incorrectly. I recommend that they double check with the pickup store before making any assumptions about the fuel level. I was overcharged despite following the instructions I was given, and I hope to see a refund issued.

WILLIAM DFloor mats were filthy; the cup holders had a ton of spilt coffee or something in them; the worker was very unprofessional and seemed confused; the facility was dirty and smelled like smoke; and there were empty candy wrappers in the floor.

JAMES SI decided to mobile pick up for the first time. Big mistake! Downloading the app was easy but getting things to happen and be able to move onto the next step took forever. It took nearly 45 minutes just to complete the check out process.
