This location was great, but my reservation was changed to a different city just a few days before my scheduled pickup. Then when I arrived to pickup, my reserved one-way truck had been issued to someone else, and I had to get a ride to a third location in yet another town. I was promised a free extra day and a $50 credit, but don't see that reflected on my invoice.

kenneth tI ordered a equipment and Dolly which the manager did not get so it was not available for me. I asked the gentleman who checked me out in the truck to change my card payment to a different card and gave him that. But I was still charged the first to the first card. The location I picked the U-Haul up at would not allow me to leave my vehicle there for 20 minutes what I got a lift back to get my vehicle. On dropping off the truck in Ridgefield Washington I was scheduled for a 7:00 drop off but the U-Haul business closed at 4:30. And I would receive $150 fine if I left The U-Haul truck there so I had to take it back and deliver it the next morning. Overall it was a very rough experience
Debra WWhen calling the # provided for drop off I got the nursery staff. They were rude and seemed very put off that they had to deal with a uhaul question. They were not well informed on how I was supposed to return the truck if they were not there (they aren't open Sundays). Fortunately I was done a day early when they were open or it would have been a total nightmare trying to figure out what to do Sunday morning. She couldn't even explain where to drop the truck off well, it is a massive property with multiple gates etc. I have never been there so I was going in knowing nothing about the property being new to the area. Paradise needs to work on their customer service big time. The only reason I would recommend it is because it's in a great location and easy to navigate with a trailer or big truck.
