Betty SThe trailer did not have a jack, so it was very difficult to lift it up to get it on the ball on the truck. We ended up using a floor jack to get it off the truck.

JAMES DThey basically threw the keys at me and told me i was good to go. No paperwork, no checking ID. They never dispatched the truck so Uhaul didnt even know i had the truck until i tried to get the trailer the following day. Uhaul also thought i was late picking up a truck from a different location, even after they called me to tell me the truck i requested was not there. This move was a nightmare.

danny jWould have been nice to have had a face-to-face turn-in to check everything, but good nonetheless. The woman at the cash register who took my key was very friendly, but she was not the one who could do the turn in. Good location, though!
Jeffery GI returned the vehicle at 9/16 of a tank of fuel same as I checked it out. I got billed $12 for fuel because they said I was at half tank. Unsatisfactory.
mark hI would recommend this place but I gave them below average on question one because they could not provide a receipt for the trailer when I turned it in, therefore I had no proof I returned it, so I had to have the young lady hand write a receipt on my paperwork.I did receive an official receipt today by email. 3/15/2022.

WENDY WMore equally distribution of equipment. I have 5 locations in town, two, within 3 mi or less, but had to drive I. Excess of 20 mi to get what I needed, only to find not one but two on the lot! Customer service was respectful and cut the mi rate, but I feel I would have been better served to just take the mi off as most of the mileage incurred was picking up and returning the vehicle. I had trouble with the app to turn in the truck, my phone showed that I was at the location, but the app said I wasn’t... so if it were not normal business hours, I would have been charged more.. not happy about that. Other wise a decent experience.
Joe SThe customer service was excellent. The equipment appeared to be clean and maintained however the alignment on the front end was bad. That caused a more difficult drive. The cab had some trash under the seats that was not noticeable when the unit was rented. Overall the service was good.

Samuel VThere was limited workers there available to help. The woman behind the desk was not initially aware that I had purchased an auto transport, furniture dolly, and utility dolly despite it being on the receipt. She did not know how to do a return since they did not have a furniture dolly available. She had some other worker help connect the trailer whom admitted they have ever connected a trailer or had knowledge of how to do it. He initially did not twist the safety chains enough and would have dragged the entire drive if I didn't notice. He also did not connect the underside chain to the car. Neither of us knew that you could disconnect the trailer wheel cover to make it easier to exit the car. I had to enter through the rear doors which still caused damage.

LAWTON BClean the uhaul cab and the windshield for the next user. Overall the truck drove nice and everything loaded easily on with the help of the ramp.

Daniel TDid have an issue a couple problems, both on pickup and return. There was nobody at the facility to help connect the 12ft trailer to my hitch. It was super heavy and only a woman working at the store both times. Once before I had rented the same trailer and a young man was there and helped get it attached. Very difficult to do it yourself and really should be done by the facility to prevent injuries to the patron.

Virginia NWhy do you have to register all of your information on the website then go to the store and have to do it again. Then it attempted to charge my credit card twice.

Vincent WEmployees need to start entering in the data base when a uhaul product is returned or Uhaul needs to get there database upgraded. I got charged for 24 days because an employee did not enter the trailer into the database. $525.60 for 24 days I didn't even have the trailer. Also was never offered a drop off receipt, was told I didn't even need to come in and that I could have just dropped it off. Definitely not satisfied with my first experience with Uhaul. The owner of this location was very respectful, understanding, and helpful to try and resolve this problem.
Jared GLet customer know the time the specific uhaul location closes. The location I dropped off closed at 8 pm whereas the uhaul place inside closed at 5 pm. I didn't want to checkout using the app, but I had to.

Tami MI dropped the equipment off at the designated location on Friday, 29 May 2020 at 1100. When I went in to notify the personnel that I was leaving the equipment, I was told to just park it where there was an opening. I asked for a return receipt and was told the employee who handles it wasn't there and he would take care of it later in the day. Again, I was not offered any assistance with parking or disconnecting the trailer. As I previously stated, I am fully capable of performing these tasks myself, it is professional to offer these services with rental. After equipment drop off, I never received a phone call or email regarding return of the equipment. I called Uhaul on Monday, 01 June 2020 to verify the equipment had been officially returned in the system. I was told the trailer was never returned. I luckily had enough forethought to take pictures on my smart phone to prove I had dropped the trailer off at the designated location. Uhaul asked for the pictures and I finally received a return receipt three hours later. The return receipt was dated for Sunday, 31 May 2020. While it is minor that the equipment is being shown as kept for two days longer than necessary, it is another factor added to the entire unpleasant experience. My new employer paid to move me approximately 1200 miles across seven states. There were many companies and people involved in the move. The Uhaul rental should have been the simplest and least invasive part of the entire move. Unfortunately, it was the most complicated and frustrating part of the entire experience. I have my own trailer at my current location. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will either use my own equipment or find a different rental company for my moving and equipment needs.

Ronald THad to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to get there to pick up the dolly then it took over an hour to get information in the computer. Connections to the lights were dirty chains were too long had to twist them so they wouldn't drag the ground
