Indian Uhaul rep spoke very little English and was hard to understand. The trailer had big clods of dirt on the rails that the tires sit on. One of the two straps that wrap around the front tires, only way to secure the load, was too short and would barely make it in to the ratchet mechanism at the front of the trailer. I had so pull over numerous times to re-tighten the left strap. This is crucial device that is permanently installed on the trailer it should not be too short! 2nd issue once the trailer was hooked up and loaded with a light 1973 Jeep CJ5, 2000lbs, at 55ph the trailer would vibrate to the point that my Ford F350 truck would rattle and bounce. I initially thought it was something with my truck however it road smooth once the trailer was removed. I believe the trailer tires were out of balance making the truck ride awful. We even pulled into another Uhaul on the way home to have the trailer looked at however nothing was visually apparent hence why I think the tires, which showed a good amount of ware, were out of balance.

DENNIS EWhile the location was convenient, there should be further instructions where to park the trailers. I tried to park the trailer in a parking space, and while un hiking the trailer rolled towards me and my truck, if I hadn’t been watching out I could had been sandwiched in between. Looking at the overall parking. The entire area is full of downgrades, so trailers should only be dropped during daytime hours or further instructions where to he given for safety reasons.
