Made reservation, next day contacted the location and extended reservation by a day. Received a message that the truck we reserved was no longer available and that they have to assign a larger truck. Went to pick up truck and received the truck originally requested, not larger. Prior to returning the truck, we received a panicked call from a guy at the location who proceeded to ridicule the fact we were late returning the truck. We then paid for another day even though the truck was back at the store within an hour. Dropped the truck off and was again chastised about the location losing customers, by the same guy. Even the lady working with him told him that his actions were unnecessary.

David SI rent from u-haul all the time and I really try to get the gas needle to where I drove it off without unnecessarily filling it too much. I take pictures of the needle where it was before I drive off and everything. When you get the tank at all sorts of fractions of full it is difficult to hit exact. To be charged 1 gallon on gas (at three times the cost of gas) to move the needle a hair when I know I put that mark on it perfectly is annoying. I wish you had a better way to do this.
JEFFREY BThe woman that assisted was VERY friendly and polite. She was really great and definitely the highlight of the whole experience. But the truck was dirty and older. The cup holders had spills on them. And the window and mirrors were covered in a thick coat of ice and there was no scraper in the car. The windshield wipers were not great. We recently did a moving truck with Budget and it was MUCH nicer.

FRED BThe truck - The previous customer had broken glass and clearly only picked up the bigger broken pieces but left the tiny pieces. And did NOT sweep out the back of the truck. So the glass got in a couple of the moving blankets I had rented. Also, the cab was pretty dirty in the cup holder area, I tried cleaning some of the old coffee and spilled drinks. I cleaned out the cab a little bit, wiping down the cup holders, the seats, steering wheel, dash, and door / window handles when I returned it. The woman at the pick up U-Haul was very sweet and patient through the rental process and walked me through everything. She even came out in the cold weather to help me with the gas pump that wasn’t working when I was filling up the truck.

SAKETH CI did not agree to the Safe Move Charge. I declined it when I ordered the rental online and was never asked about it when I physically checked it out but was charged for it. The rental came with only a 1/4 of a tank of gas so I had to refuel it before I even used it. The truck had been in some sort of an accident and the front bumper was crooked and very close to the front tire. I did not feel safe parking my car in the lot all day as the Uhual vehicle I parked next to had graffiti sprayed on it and there was broken glass (possibly from an automobile) in the spot I parked.
MICHELLE VThis is not the place to rent a UHaul. They were not ready for my arrival….a clerk that was “helping out” checked me in. She was unfamiliar with the process… did not know which truck was mine, did not know if the furniture pads were in the truck….they were not. After I grabbed the pass myself and placed them in the back of the truck which was not swept clean. Then I got in the cab definitely not clean….the dash board, floor and center console was covered in dust and when I turned on vents felt like we were choking on dust….had to open windows to breathe. Why would they not provide a clean vehicle…..are there no UHaul standards of service required for franchise vendors? Returning the truck was equally awkward. The clerk did not know how to drive so I had to move truck. Took her forever to calculate mileage and provide receipt. This location is a not representative of UHaul…total mess inside and DIRTY! Makes me question of the safety and maintenance of the truck. I would not recommend this location.

ASHLEY LSo I have video of the truck when I checked it out. I had to sweep out the box inside as we move furniture to stage homes. Then the floor had some dried sticky substance on the floor. The inside cab windshield was filthy. The check engine light was on, but the truck drove just fine. The clerk who checked me out was very pleasant. This is the second time I've used equipment from here that I had to clean before using. Truck worked, so that's what counts most. Damon
DAMON VI booked van at the different location. You was unable to provide me with equipment preferred at the location preferred. CS called twice in 20 minutes. First call to say that you can't provide me with van and switch to 10ft truck, the second to switch to the different location. Nonsense. Actually, location itself is good. Rating not for the specific location, but for U-haul service

STEVEN HAs a frequent renter in the Parker, Colorado region I feel that I could be a reliable source of intel for you. On this day the truck #TT2152E has a brake issue. The steering wheel shakes considerably when braking with an empty and full load. Used down shifting to slow the vehicle. I think the front rotors are not true. Very poor acceleration in this vehicle as well. Overall it's been my experience that the fleet of vehicles is normally good to go. This vehicle could be a safety issue for sure. Good day. Adam WThe truck had a horrible whining sound that persisted intermittently the duration of the trip. It appeared to be wind noise entering around the windshield and was pretty unbearable, even with noise canceling headphones on. This made the 10+ hour drive even more stressful and draining, especially not knowing if the truck was going to break down when it first started. The staff at this location was very slow and had trouble with the equipment to get us checked in as well as just discussing different pieces of the reservation with us. We also had to wait for service several different times while she checked out gas station customers after starting our check out process
