Dropped off after hours. Location was easily accessible. I had no contact with the staff at this location.

I had actually gone to another location in Inwood WV called Superior Market, and i asked to reserve a truck for a Feb 7th, 2025, pick up first thing in the morning. the person behind the front desk told me that he couldn't reserve a truck for me and to come back 2 days prior to me needing the truck so I could reserve it. I asked him why he couldn't reserve the truck for me, and he told me he might not have one? i was a little confused, so I left and contacted another place close by and the gentlemen told me that he had a truck and could reserve it for me. we set it up. I told him I would need a hand truck with strap and blankets. he gave me his phone number and told me to call him, and he would come over and make sure it was on the truck. so, we arrive, and the hand truck and blankets are not on the truck. I call the person back that I originally spoke to Malcom, and he tells me he is an hour away and that he forgot he was supposed to be there to give me the hand truck and blankets, we contact U-Haul CS, and we speak with a very nice young lady from Frederick MD., she then sends us to another location to pick up the hand truck and the blankets, those folks were great. we were tight on time with the truck, and this was just a very stressful situation. for something that should have been so easy, it was not a good experience.

I rented 24 furniture pads but these did not come with my rental. This is the only reason for the poor rating.

Business hours 10 AM. Nobody showed up until I phoned a second time at 10:35. Was told to do mobile pick up, which was a problem in end of itself. The lock on the lock box wouldn’t open. Was told that it’s very hard to open it and that they’ll need to get a new one. Ultimately had to have the guy show up to unlock the lockbox. Should have picked the truck up at nine but didn’t until 10:45 AM.

There was no personal there. Grounds weren’t kept and lockbox is next to road no where near rentals Hard to get in and out of.

This was our first time renting a UHaul trailer and it couldn't have been an easier experience. Malcolm was super kind and quick to respond when I had questions. He was also really flexible with pick-up and drop off times. We would recommend Parkers Cars 100%.

This was not my requested rental location. My first choice did not have my requested equipment. I had to drive over 1/2 hour to get to this location. The gentleman was very friendly, and was pleasant to do business with.

Staff was friendly but seemed like a used car salesmen. The trailer we reserved should not have been on the road as the fender was so bent it was rubbing the tire. The passenger front tire only held air while the trailer was empty. We had to stop multiple times to add air in a 300 mile drive.
