I have never had to provide a phone number for Uhaul to contact someone so I can rent a truck. It delayed my pick-up by almost an hour. I had difficulty finding the location so was already 15 minutes behind. Typically, I load my driver's license take pictures of the vehicle and I am on my way. App was not loading pictures, and I had to wait on this until I was "approved" by phone call to another party to verify I was renting a truck. I won't rent from this location again it was too much trouble and work.

Better/visible signage needed. There was no sign on the street indicating it was a UHaul location, or where the parking was (in back of building). No signage indicating where I should park. Despite open hours advertised as 4-10, no one was physically present when I came during that time period. I would recommend a location where you know it will be staffed during pickup or drop off and they can help with any questions.
