I had a very good experience the customer service was well the equipment was well kept and when I had questions they were explained to me until I understood we even went over my bill line by line that was very helpful.

When I arrived they didn’t have a staff member available to help me until 30 mins. I did my mobile check in in entirety including scanning my id and just needed the keys. They made me give their id again which bypassed my mobile check in and I couldn’t take photos or anything when I got the keys. It turned a stressful day into an even more stressful day.
MALLORY AI booked my reservation through the app and went in to finalize it. I declined the SafeTrip Insurance, but it was added anyway, and I was told it “automatically” comes with the rental—which hasn’t been my experience. I didn’t appreciate the lack of transparency. The owner did give me $15 cash for the inconvenience, which was considerate, but the charge still hit my major credit card, making it inconvenient. Aside from that, the customer service was great. It took a bit longer to get the U-Haul, but it was his first run of the day. The truck was clean, comfortable, and much quieter than my previous rentals. Overall, I would still recommend this location for the quality of service and vehicle.
