The guy working the desk here was super friendly, I have used this location several times and always it was with ease renting and returning. the hours worked well for me too so i was very pleased with that.

Not sure you can improve upon my experience. From the pick up time to to the drop off time everything went smooth and easy. U-Haul helped make a stressful day a little bit easier and I thank you for it. 10/10

The back of haul was still dirty and needed to be swept out. The truck bounced way to much. Was very uncomfortable

Not charge 300 dollars to change drop off locations that’s beyond ridiculous and overpriced will definitely be seeking other company’s services before ever considering U-Haul again

This truck was running very bad and needed serviced. It made the fuel economy very poor. I am also being charged more than what I should. The first charge was $166 for one day and 100 miles. Now I have another charge for $59.10 4 days after I turned in the truck. What a way to screw people.

They did hook me up but found out later that a safety chain was missing. Truck was on 1/8 of a tank so I was forced to fuel at there location.

When I was on my way I got a call that they didn’t have the truck I reserved a week earlier and I got a larger truck that I didn’t want to drive. When I got there to pickup the truck they did not have the furniture pads that I reserved

There wasn't anyone at the rental location and they couldn't be reached by U-haul. I do appreciate U-haul for sending the district manager to help me and him for applying a discount for my inconvenience and time I waited.
