DONNA TThe trailer smelled inside. It was the only one of that size so I was stuck. I cleaned it when I got home. When I went to check in, the person kept stopping from finishing my transaction to help people at the counter to buy drinks or cigarettes. He was unprofessional by walking away from me to handle transactions at the other counter. He did not apologize for the trailer condition when I let him know of the smell. He was also indignant that I wanted a final copy of my receipt.

KIMBERLIE SFirst, the ramp on the truck that we rented was faulty. We were able to pull it out fill up our truck but we could not get it back in. It took us over an hour to get the ramp back in and it was physically exhausting. When we complained to the lady who checked us out and checked us back in she laughed. My husband said why are you laughing. She did say that she was going to let corporate know but we didn't believe her.

RONALD PThis was not my first drop point, Personal Mini Storage at 1731 R.J. Conlin Blvd, nor my second point, UHaul of Melbourne, at 438 N.Harbor City Blvd, but my THIRD point, at 1332 Sarno Rd. So no explanation on how the 6x12 trailer towed with the auto brake, and terrible experience at drop off. Jerome from Delray Beach Uhaul was VERY helpful
SALVATORE NI made a reservation, went to pick up the truck and they told me I didn't have a reservation. I showed them on my phone that I did. They sent me to the U-Haul office and I went there and they checked my reservation and gave me the paperwork to bring back to the store I first went to. I'm not happy. I was on a time cruch and wasted my time going back and forth, plus my gas.
PAMELA EThis location is the best possible location for Uhaul rentals! They always have a large selection of different sizes. The service and transaction was quick and seemless
CYNTHIA EEquipment scheduled was not ready. Staff is slow and argumentative. We always have problems with this location. Sadly every time we rent with UHaul the reservation is moved to this location. I don't see a reason to put my people through the experience again. As noted, this is not the first time that UHaul moves our reservation to this location, after the confirmation has been received for the rental and with the requested location.
ADRIENNE CAll the paperwork involved when I went to pick up the tailor was to much and took too long. Need to have that all done when reservations are made so the customer doesn't have to be there so long. Not easy to get trailer hooked up, had to have my vehicle in the road of on coming cars.
MICHAEL AA brand new truck 20 ft and the fuel gage DID Not work.
desiree pI made a reservation for a truck and dolly. I also made this reservation online, giving a credit card. The agent advised me, no dolly, "sorry". No explanation, no empathy, just "sorry". Agent had no access to my online credit card, asked for it again to charge. I needed and relied on the dolly! Agent should have made SURE there was a dolly for my reservation. Extremely poor customer service and this incident makes my future need for a truck to haul things, I will be looking elsewhere. More than likely Budget!

Jeffrey SThe owners were very nice, their location is located in their convenience store and it is a very busy store. They gave preference of customer service to those customers and not the uhaul customer ( me). Again very pleasant and nice but pick up took way too long, drop off was much faster but still had to wait for them to attend to other customers who came in much later than me. I went in several days prior to reserve and I feel like they should have an extra person there when they have a uhaual reservation.

DANIEL HTrailer was dirty. Had a few items of trash in it. U-Haul representative did not speak clear English so there was a communication trouble had to buy a light plug was not included loaded my items trailer had a flat service first respondent was five hours away called U-Haul back they said they were dispatching someone else, someone else did not respond or call I was stranded five hours total waiting for U-Haul representative to change the tire with my cat and dog in my vehicle on a 90° weather day. Customer service called extended my rental one day after unloading my items. I returned the trailer to what should’ve been an open facility.. The facility was closed. I called left a message said I needed a price adjustment. This is what customer service said. Please call me back. Still no response. They did not discount for the inconvenience troubles. I had absolutely terrible experience made very traumatizing and I still have a U-Haul bill I have to call customer service to adjusted at this point I would like the whole thing refunded. This was a terrible experience.
Kristen mThere was a communication disconnect. I misunderstood what he said about filling up the gas tank. So I filled the tank up. Bear in mind they only gave me a quarter tank when I picked it up. I spent 110.00 to fill that tank. The gentleman that I picked it up from was foreign and was hard to understand. So that’s where the confusion comes in. Anyway when I returned the truck and I returned it 3 hours early with a full tank. I tried to get them to lower the payment since I was giving them a full tank and early return. But he said no. If foreign people are going to do business in America they need to learn to communicate better. I still would like some kind of credit back for the gas.

Sean MIt's at a store location one guy work and taking care of the store customers and the U-Haul clients. You have to hook up the equipment you just rented and drive around to the front door and wait for him to come take a picture. I will never from this location again.

crystal mThe requested truck was ready for us at the pick-up time and the pick-up process went very smoothly. The truck ran well and the ramp saved us. Our only disappointment was that we rented online and ordered an appliance dolly; when we got there, we were told they did not have appliance dollys. This could have been a disaster, but we had made back-up plans just in case, because we had some large items to move. Please do not advertise that you have an item for rent if you do not. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with the experience.

GABE PGuy barley spoke English, couldn't understand him. Made me move where parked trailer even though there was another trailer next to me. Didn't help unhook hitch, I had to figure it out myself.
Stephanie DThe Trucks are in rough shape here all the time and they don’t seem to be well checked over. Seems like extra fees are always being racked on but maybe I’m missing something. The Dollies are never locked up or have a seal so I’m not sure if we’re being charged for them everytime. But overall the place feels shady.

Kristopher PI was told that I had 24hrs to use the truck, when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that I had to return it by 7;00am for someone else to use. Not 6:pm the next day. that is miss leading. I was lied to. I will use U-Haul service again. Just not at that location. Respectfully ,

Robert PThis was the absolute worst experience I have had renting a U-Haul. The guy hooked up the trailer incorrectly. When I was pulling out the trailer fell off the hitch and tore out my wiring. They were extremely rude and should not be allowed to represent your brand.

And I got charged for insurance, so when I called back to tell them I got charged for insurance I didn’t want he stated well you signed for it . So I was LIED to on what I was signing . I’ll never use Uhaul again . And was told they couldn’t refund me that money as well !!! That’s Bullshit !!!
Michelle TMobile Self Pickup. Everything was fine until I drove the truck. Loose steering and the tow/haul button was stuck on. Which meant more money on gas upon refuel.
BRANDON FTires on Tow dolly were underinflated which caused swaying of vehicle been towed. I had to spend $3.00 to inflate tires. Swaying on the highway was very dangerous I could hardly drive at 50 miles/hr. :(

Linda JThis truck must have been a local rental, it smelled of stale smoke. It had no cruise control, and that made the trip a lot more tiring. Plus with out cruise control the fuel consumption was greater. The key fob said for sale. The truck had 135550 miles on it when I picked it up

John SThis place is ridiculous they are crooks and steal peoples money. The truck was absolutely disgusting and I mean the whole entire truck to the point I had to instantly take it and clean it because I didn’t even feel safe riding in such filth. When I returned it the man kept taking his sweet time so he didn’t have to print me my receipt right then that way I wasn’t able to see what he really charged my card and told me I would receive an email with my receipt once I received it I was charged for a whole extra day when I was a hour and a half late because I was told I could drop off at a different location closer to where I moved too when I called to verify I got threatened to have police called on me and chased down by the police if I didn’t return the truck back to his store immediately and told me he would be charging me every extra amount that he could and he did not only did he charge me for a whole additional day of rental he also charged me a whole additional day of insurance on top of that I also have a whole additional $72 charge on my card from his rental store location for I don’t know what and don’t have no receipt for that charge no where in my email so what’s the excuse for that. I then called to ask what all these extra charges where for the most I was suppose to be charged was $120 I got charged a total of $300 when I asked the lady proceeded to say to me “SHUT UP DUMMY” and hung up in my face. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever use these crooks and their company should be fined for stealing money out of peoples bank accounts and should be shut down for thinking they can disrespect someone the way they did especially after all this garbage they have put me threw and had the audacity to rent me the most nastiest dirtiest truck rental I have ever rented from any where before and when I brought it back clean with extra gas in it the man told me he wanted me to clean the back better then what it was. What a joke for a company and what a joke of so called humans that run this location.
