This was not the drop-off location. The drop-off location was in Fort Myers, FL
Christine BI did mobile pick up. The key was not in the box like the instructions suggested. And when I went into the store the guy behind the counter asked who I was with a mouth full if food. He was not professional at all. He then tried to give me the wrong truck key
