BRIAN KI just had the BEST experience with a U-Haul rental, and I have to give a shoutout to the amazing guy name Gee who helped me! From start to finish, his customer service was next level. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my move. Not only did he make the process smooth and stress-free, but he also took the time to give me some helpful tips on handling the truck and made sure everything was set before I left. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Huge thanks to him for being so professional, helpful, and genuinely caring about his customers. If you’re renting from U-Haul anytime soon, I hope you get the chance to work with someone like him! 10/10 would recommend!
