When we arrived at the drop off location the building was closed. Called the number on out paperwork. Had to do the return over tge phone which I find very unprofessional. The guy mixed us up with another client and said my bill was over $1000.00. After a few minutes going back and forth he finally found my name. He ask us to leave the keys in the glove box and leave the doors open. Again very unprofessional. We took pictures of the truck showing there was no damage the milage and gas gadge. As well my wife filmed me placing the keys in the glove box and closing the door. We will never use thia drop off location again. And we are going to be renting another truck for our final move.

They were not on premise upon return therefore once again the fuel mileage was not updated and they charged us for fuel that we didn’t have to begin with. Picked up at half tank and returned at half tank
