Was not given hours of operation… had rental scheduled for 8AM pick up but they didn’t open until 9 so I sat there for an hour… I returned rental at 12:50 and they had closed although they were supposed to be open till 1:00

The woman who checked us in for our U-Haul Rental was super informative and helpful in getting our equipment and in pricing. She also helped us get a 15’ truck so we would have a ramp for our appliance dolly since we originally had a 10’ truck which did not have a dolly.

This U-hual place was the best. They helped me out at the last minute. I booked a truck online at B and N truck repair. I got there they were closed on the week end. I called the number and asked, they lady answered and basically said they were closed on the weekend and it is not there problem. I went to Patina was treated like like a king. Thank you very much for stepping up. I will let everyone know what great and awesome service you give. Thank you

Gas reimbursement,being a lady not knowing about fule tanks, over filled the truck I rented. I was to make sure that it was on a half tank but (stupid me) filled it full. So I lost $50.00 in gasoline. While my car was on empty. Please send it back to me. You have my # and address. Other than that it was great working with the lady's in the office, over all wonderful experience. I will use this location again soon. I had my truck thursday-tuesday and the cost was not bad at all. THANK YOU !!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with uhaul. Kim was wonderful, the customer service was above and beyond! It was super easy to pick up my rental everything was ready and waiting. It was also super easy to return my rental. I was actually about 15 minutes late bringing my truck back bc of traffic and getting lost but I called to let them know. Kim was very understanding. Every interaction with Patina was exceptional!! I would recommend definitely and in the future if I needed uhaul again, I would go back myself to Patina and Kim. Thank you for the best experience with uhaul!

Patina storage is a nice facility to rent from Cost about 120 to rent the truck People that run it are very nice I'd recommend using there trucks anytime

Kim’s business style reflects her wonderful character. She ensured we had a 26-foot truck, accommodated our out-of-town moving crew, even provided them with water. I do not appreciate that square footage of the truck is occupied by extras from U-Haul. If I wanted a furniture dolly, I would have rented one. I don't appreciate having to load things around it and around the bag of blankets on the wall that can't be removed. U-Haul is misrepresenting the square footage of the truck because U-Haul has decided to occupy some of the space that I paid for.

Kim does an excellent job managing the truck rentals. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location! I do find the U-Haul website to be very challenging as it relates to rentals, so that's an opportunity for improvement.

I had a problem with my reservation because the online system made a mistake on my dates. I had to accept a smaller truck that forced me to make additional trips. The store rep was very apologetic and accommodating which made things go more smoothly.
