The building was a garage and hard to get into. No signa to tell you where to enter the building. Smelled highly of marijuana. Truck was parked in red clay mud in which got all over my shoes and no way to clean them off until I got to my location. Truck was not swept out on the back and had drink spills in the cup holders and down the front of the cup holders.

As far as location of where I received my truck, it was a very, convenient location. Service at the location was a little tough because of having to wait to get started to get the truck. The people were great, but I might try another place next time simply because of price. Thank you for taking care of my needs U-Haul!!!

My biggest issue was there was a hole in the roof of the truck and a lot of our items got wet. We have a trailer we could easily have moved but since there was rain in the forecast we opted to pay for a truck but our items got wet anyway. It was a total waste of money. The owner of the location was very nice but it was hard to figure out where the office was and there was only one way in and out so we got stuck when someone parked behind us.

There was no utility dolly in my truck like there was supposed to be, truck was parked next to broken down cars not very much room to turn around

It took over an hour and a half to retrieve truck key from lock box. We had to call multiple times for assistance and the last person hung up on us after asking us to come back 3 hours later to get help with the key and we refused. Afterwards we were able to basically pry the lock open to retrieve a key

There wasn't a strong willingness to help resolve issues I was having with this pick up. Also, and probably most noteworthy, the truck was absolutely not cleaned. There was gunk left on the drink holders, dust and debris on the floors, cigarettes left in the side door handle area (which I didn't even find until much layer, but could smell it the whole way), litter in the back cargo hold, and some kind of food residue (icecream?) splattered on the side wall of the cargo hold. The mirror was cracked, the truck had a noticeable vibration at 35mph, and the steering wheel needed to be held at a tilt to keep the truck straight. The truck was a good distance from the office, which certainly doesn't encourage someone to traverse through this summer heat to voice the many complaints. Furthermore, the mileage was not correct (transposed numbers) and the gas level was less than half, but the paper given to me stated it was full. To tops things off, and not related to this location specifically, I couldn't upload pictures to record any of this information before I took the truck. I ended up getting in touch with the regional manager who assured me that my timestamps pictures would be fine if any disputes arose.

Truck was well maintained and in good working condition, just need to ensure that the truck is swept out in between rentals. Our mover had to sweep out a lot of mud and dirt before loading. Check in-process took longer than expected.
