The guy at Pattons was very friendly and helpful
GRANT SThe keys were missing at our original pickup location and we were sent to this spot. We were worried after the first snafu but this location ended up being great! Easy to pull in and out. The orange box was clearly visible, easy to navigate the huge truck in the parking lot, felt safe. Highly recommend.

Paul RI set up my reservation online for mobile pickup, but when I got there, I could not get the key because it said I had to get it in person so I had to wait for the shop to open. When I got the key from him, he was confused as to why I didn’t just do the mobile pickup. Uhaul customer service is supposed to be refunding me $50 on my credit card because my truck was not ready at the time of pickup. Otherwise a good experience with the owner and returning the equipment.

David DI had trouble getting the lock open to get my key. However, I called Uhaul and the lady I got was top notch, patient and kind- and she didn't give up until we got the darn thing open! So I am well satisfied with my overall experience.

Brian TDid a 24/7 drop off. The physical store wasn't open. Used the app to take pictures. Assuming everything is/was fine, the experience was good. They even had wifi available to help with the upload of the pictures for the app.
Jeremy CI wish the trailer had better tie down points. There are 6 nice rings on the floor, but higher up there are only very narrow slots in the railings and they are difficult to get anything through to connect.
Brian SPatton's is a unique location as it is also a Taxidermy shop. Not your usual U-Haul drop off. Very friendly and helpful. And I learned a bit about taxidermy that I didn't know before!

Rich KMy biggest complaint is that I had little to no cell service with T-mobile in the area and the business had to unexpectedly close so I had to do a contactless pickup. I didn’t know I wouldn’t have service until I went to pick it up. After trying for nearly an hour to do all the requirements with such spotty service, a neighboring barber shop let me connect to their wifi and I was able to complete the requirements. I shouldn’t have to bother another business owner. I’d like to recommend that you offer guest wifi and post the info on the window or the lockbox so that people can complete the transaction if they too have poor service in that area. It was very stressful and time consuming and put me an hour behind schedule. Simply offering wifi access would have made it an easy experience.
