When making the reservation was yold a price and informed if i drop the equipment off in a different city i would save 52 dollars, and was just yold thats not the case. Also whrn picking up the equipment was yold if i returned the vehicle 1 day earlier and less miles than allowed bill would be cheaper, and that did not happen. Was told by uhaul customer service that they cant help that i turned it in earlier that its use it or lose it. Uhaul was not transparent and i was told different things by different people. Probally wont use this company again.

There are better locations in Brunswick that are more focused on the Uhaul business. The Pawn Depot appears to be doing Uhaul as a side business. They were ok, just not as attentive as other locations.

Everything was perfect. Well knowledge on the rental and the equipment. Staff was very professional and polite. Would recommend them to any one.

The truck was extremely filthy inside. Dirt literally piled up along the floorboard. It probably hasn’t been vacuumed in months. A contract was never discussed with me at the location. I was under the impression that any gas it was over the amount it was in it when I rented it would be reimbursing me. Drop off locations literally has a small poster in the window stating “we reimburse gas”, inquire within and U-Haul logo. When I saw the gas was not reimbursed to me and after having filled the truck completely full us leaving a quarter of the chains over what I had procedure. I contacted customer support and they stated that they do not writing on the contract states as such. I literally taste like $250 for a 10 foot truck in total for a driving distance of an hour. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone. This was my first And last time ever using U-Haul..

The app had a very hard time accepting the pictures uploads upon return which was a bit frustrating. Other than that everything was great. I really appreciate y’all honoring the late return with my husband having been admitted into the hospital. That was really helpful at a much needed time. Thank you.

This place took my deposit and never gave it back and charged me an extra 23.80

This U-Haul location allowed somebody to rent a U-Haul under my account. They did not have my ID they had their own ID but did not match my information whatsoever. I filed a police report and fortunately I did not have my card information saved on my U-Haul account otherwise I would have been the one paying for their U-Haul. I will be trying to contact U-Haul corporate this week because that was unacceptable!

When you bump somebody's reservation to a different location, you should allow that rental vehicle to be dropped off at the original location with no extra charges. Customers pick locations out of convenience, and if it was U-Haul's fault the location was moved, it should be free to drop off the rental at the original reserved location.
