ROBERT SWon't rent from this location again -- agent was not pleasant to deal with, and he refused to be in a picture with the vehicle proving he inspected it with me. Upon return he tried to charge me for not returning truck with same amount of gas as when I picked it up. I used about a quarter tank and filled it back to original amount, which cost me $35.76. He wanted to charge me $28 for a needles width he said I didn't fill yo, but I filled to what was indicated on the contract. Picking up truck at a Payday Loan store should have been a warning.
DARREN CThe person who is in the counter the time I took the uhaul truck have a quite intimidating attitude, being a first time to use uhaul, ofcourse I have no idea to the questions he is asking and it seems that he has no patience to explain what should be done.

DIVERSON MUHaul reassigned my pickup to a location different than where I had initially booked at. The new place wasn't open at the promised time of pickup either and I had to wait several minutes before I got the truck. The truck overall was clean and well kept.
salman mYou shouldn't have to pay more than twice the amount quoted up front. I paid $185 for a $87 bill. Also, a 15 foot truck should always have a second step because I fell, thinking it was there.

Rachel JI ordered the furniture dolly rental online, but end up it was not available, and no one informed me before the pick up. And the company charged me extra $20 for “service” when I’d returned online and uploaded the photo, still told me I didn’t do the online return. After this experience I found how horrible this company is, definitely tell everyone not to use Uhaul.
Verena WChanged my pickup time without notifying me, while keeping the same drop-off time. When calling to change the drop-off time to give myself the same amount of time with the truck that I had originally booked, acted annoyed that I had not notified them sooner even though they changed my pickup time in the first place and I called immediately after I was sent a notification for this. Dirty truck. Had to thoroughly sweep the back before using. Food items in door handle (a few chips and other garbage).
Alex EThey called me the night before to ask if I could pick the truck up at 10am instead of 9am and I told them I needed it at 9am. The worker just said ok and didn’t give any additional instructions about online checkin and didn’t tell me that no one would be at the location until 10. The online check in did not work and we waited an hour for him to arrive. We rented the truck for 6 hours and the worker tried to cut it down to 5 hours even though we couldn’t pick it up a jour after we requested. Would not go with this location again. Very unprofessional.

David AI did the pre-sign in to allegedly "save time" checking in and I had to re-do everything again in person, so that was annoying. When I asked the clerk questions, he didn't understand, or just ignored me and didn't respond. I also don't like that you charge me in miles when Canada is the metric system.
