I was very satisfied with your equipment. I was not satisfied with Payette Tire. I needed to adjust my hitch to handle the 5 x 9 rental. Payette Tire personel were to busy to assist. I could have made adjustments myself, but did not have the hardware to accomplish and they would not let me use their tools to accomplish. They sent me down the road to auto repair facility to accomplish. That facility made adjustments at no cost and could not believe Payette Tire took their attitude.

This location was fine, although we reserved to pick up in Donnelly where we live well in advance, Uhaul failed to have a truck there for us so we had to drive all the way to payette which is over 2 hours away from us. This was very inconvenient and very frustratingly, especially finding out only days prior to our departure. They did compensate us a teensy bit but not nearly enough for what we had to do. They didn't even offer to bring one to us, just that we had to go pick one up somewhere else. It was added stress we didn't need!

The drop off procedure is difficult at best. The website the drop off directions prompts you to is terrible. It fails to log you in and very hard to navigate. The customer service number was tried but the u haul representative was incompetent and of no help repeatedly referring me back to the website that was not functioning.

I had a very poor check out process when I scheduled over the phone they said it would be ready at a different location and it wasn't after being on hold for about 30 min I got through to someone who switched it to Payette. I wasn't very impressed with the initial contact. The return went very smoothly.

I had a one-way trailer rental. There are now 2 Uhaul locations in Payette. The rrental location in Eugene picked the wrong drop off location. On Labor Day, I dropped the trailer at Payette Tire, the location I was familiar with. This was a day earlier than required. They were closed so I took a picture of the trailer parked on their lot. I heard nothing so I assumed all was well. Two weeks later, on the 16th I got a call from the Payette Police Department that Uhaul had reported the trailer missing. I drove to Payette Tire and showed the lady there the picture of the trailer which was still on their lot although it had been moved from where I parked it. She was very apologetic, closed the rental, and called the Payette Police Department to inform them that the trailer was on their lot. Uhaul could have called me instead of the police to clear this matter up. Especially since Uhaul waited two weeks to follow up. Needless to say, I will not rent from Uhaul again.

I was initially disappointed. I wanted a 15 ft truck because I was making several short trips to 2 different places and needed maneuverability. But I resigned myself to a 20 ft. When I went to pick up the truck from the initial location (Stateline Sheds), I was told the Area Field Manager had changed the reservation to a JH without consulting/notifying me. A JH would absolutely not work in my situation. So, I, not the dealer got on the phone with Boise Traffic and found that Payette Tire had a TT. I had worked a lot with Shaun at Payette Tire when I was a dealer so I was satisfied. But I would have to rate the coordination prior to pick up a D minus.

had ordered a 26' truck, had people to help fill truck, had arrangement with local dump for free disposal of truck contents. got there it was 20' truck noway the stuff was going to fit. had to tell helpers it was a no go and lost the chance to dump for free. 3 days later got the 26' truck ended up getting 2 teenage kids to help load who I had to pay, took the truck to the dump and had to pay $63 to dump contents. so this whole fiasco was a pain in the neck and cost me a lot ;more money

The man who helped me and my wife had OUTSTANDING customer service. Extremely efficient, kind, timely, knew exactly what he was doing----we were in and out of there in about 10 minutes. U-HAUL should consider having this guy train other employees on the way he does business. We both were totally impressed by his professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness. Sorry didn't catch his name but hope you can figure out who he is because you should truly give him Kudos and think about using him for a training video or something! I am not joking. He's that good.

The employees at Payette Tire are super friendly. Even though I had issues with my Uhaul equipment, they were quick to find a solution and honor it. This is actually the best Uhaul experience I've ever had. In the future we will definitely be using this location!

I first went to Mountain West Building Supply 2449 W Hwy 52 Emmett, ID 83617 to get a car carrier, bit the wiring was bad and lights would not work. I was sent to Payette Tire where we were shown which trailer we would be using. The trailer they tried to give us was missing a block on the axel and the whole axel was loose and ready to fall off! The guy there said they checked it before but did not notice! It is obvious they do not check their equipment very well at all.

end of a long trip. glad it's over. uhaul could encourage and train employees and private owners on customer service. gas would be beneficial if FULL. seems the owners benefit on overage and leaving for a trip and having to get gas is unfortunate. Also, getting the gas to the exact place when alone is an unfortunate experience as well. for 1/8 of a tank i was told 'it's 45$ if i have to drive all the way down there to fill up' . well, i went and filled up.

Tell the customer in advance that the check-in mobile process can take 30 minutes and the types of identification the mobile app uses. I went through your entire website and after I agreed to your terms it took me to your website but didn't tell me about the combination I needed to get the key for the truck. I had to call in and it took a long time and the extra hour should have been added to my truck start time but they only started the time a half an hour later. If that all gets fixed it would have been flawless.

I returned my truck on after hours on the 5th day. I was charged an extra $200. I don't have the money for this extra 2 hours. What the hell. It's not very cool. Phones shut off so I couldn't self check when I arrived at the store. And I let them know that. I will NEVER rent from Uhaul again!

Be a little more thorough in explaining what I am signing. The truck was COVERED on the OUTSIDE with dead bugs when I picked it up and I got charged extra for those dead bugs when I turned the truck in.

Your gas policy sucks. The gas gauge was just under full but on the contract it was circled as full. I don't mind putting gas back into the truck but I don't like having to put more in than I started with because it's over 7/8 but under full.

The 6x12 enclosed trailer has several issues -- which were not obvious or identified at the time of rental. Specifically, holes in the rear floor and the door seal has deteriorated -- which caused water and soil damage to my belongings. Also, this trailer should be removed from the rental pool until the floor structure is inspected for wear (corrosion?), and fatigue. It is very weak!

They only have one person working on Saturday. When I got there he was out on an emergency with a note in the window. Only had to wait a few minutes and he was very apologetic.
